Great Mechanical Keyboard
Hien L., Newegg
12 July 2015
Summary: First off, I didn't really like the O-Rings. I tested with them on and off and there was very little sound difference. With the O-Rings, it didn't sound quieter, just different. With the O-Rings on, it felt much more.. forceful in a way. Like it feels like the key is being blocked.
Pros: Cheap when on sale (90 bucks!) Good backlighting Macro keys can be useful for gamers with play MOBAs Media keys are super useful
Cons: O-Rings weren't that great Gray colors on WASD and Arrow Keys are a bit odd, but not terrible. Macro keys take up additional space.
Summary: Only 4 eggs due to the single color selection, nothing's perfect!
Pros: I'm really surprised at just how much I love typing on this keyboard. I've had a Razer mechanical with loud clicky keys for a while, I was obsessed with them when they first came out. Recently, the Razer keys have been acting up and I washed it and am waiting for it to dry out, so I ran to the st...
Cons: -Only one choice of color, white, for backlight -Doesn't do the dishes
Summary: Take this review with a grain of salt. I only owned this keyboard for a week. Some of my issues I could have probably been able to fix or had been able to work around. I upgraded from the g510s to the 710+.
Pros: -Logitech Build Quality -Logitech readability -Logitech Softwear -USB Pass Through -Brown Switches (this feels like any other keyboard with brown switches) -Dual Zone back-lighting (see other thoughts )
Cons: Other than the wrist rest not being wide enough and some issues I had with the back-lighting there really isn't anything wrong with this keyboard. There are just some things I wish they would have done differently. (see other thoughts)
Summary: The keyboard came in it's perfect condition except the fact that the backlighting doesn't fully function on the QERTYUI buttons. The light will turn on once in a while but starts to flicker and just die out. The Cherry MX Brown switch feels very nice to type on.
Summary: Still i love it very much so i decide to buy a 2nd one
Pros: The feel of the touch is great, even though it is mechanical, it is not too noisy. Great keyboard overall
Cons: Back lightning is strong which is a good thing, the only thing weird about it is if you are like me an aging guy still having his glasses to look sharp at higher distance and at the same time starting to have difficulties seeing things too close, it kinds of create an halo shadow. I have multipl...
Summary: At the price I received this for, it is worth every penny,. This is my first mechanical keyboard, and so far the exerience has been very good, I took an egg for the instability of the software, but the keyboard itself is magnificent
Pros: Excellent tactile response Fantastic placement of programmable macro buttons Mechanical switches, and quiet, a wonder of modern engineering. The heavy construction gives me faith in the longevity, and also stability during stressful gaming situations. The options for the back lighting are beyond ...
Cons: Not really anything bad about the keyboard per se, but the logi software is having issues working within my game itself, so I can not really count this as an issue for the keyboard, yet it exists and is worthy of note.
