There are some problems
11 January 2014
Summary: I recently purchased this keyboard, but I was unaware of all of the issues that this keyboard has been giving people, and well. I was struck but one of its flaws. Out of no where it just stopped working. I got it to work again, but a few days later it stopped working. I do recommend this keyboard but be aware that this product has a lot of flaws in it. But sometimes you can get a good one and have none what so ever.
Summary: This keyboard is louder than my old G110 which did NOT have mechanical keys. The 7 key on the keypad got a different LED than the rest and glows a cold white (almost blue) as opposed to the warm white of the rest of the keys. Also sad it didn’t have an internal USB hub but rather a pass-through port requiring you to plug in both USB cables if you want to use the USB port on the keyboard.
Summary: Disappointed that after approx. 8 months of medium evening use at least one of the key caps has broken off the mounting and others are starting to stick. I used to like and trust in the reliability and robustness of Logitech keyboards and mice, but alas after paying over £100 for this keyboard to find it fails so soon I'm ordering elsewhere ...
Summary: The OK...WASD lighting only option is useful and the rubber grommets behind each key does muffle the sound to a degree but it`s def a mech kb. Build quality is solid, almost no flex at all and the kb has some heft to it. Keys are recognized at about 1/2 stroke which is good but truthfully I haven`t been able to recognize a significant difference in FPS gaming coming from a membrane G110. The not OK...The included wrist rest is entirely useless.
