Summary: Works well for a while, but falls apart pretty thoroughly. After a bevy of Logitech products that have done the same to me, I think I'm done with them. Getting tired of my mice and keyboards dying on me within a year.
Pros: Keys have a great feel, super easy to type. Function buttons are handy, lighting is well done without being distracting in darker environments.
Cons: After about a year keys started sticking. Battery life started getting worse. Within two years keys started getting jammed or stopped responding entirely. Battery life is almost non-existent, and since it's built-in, it can't be replaced.
Summary: I have bought Logitech keyboards in this price range before and had no problems, but this is a total fail after two different keyboards.
Cons: I have been buying inexpensive keyboards for years...no, decades, and this is my first problematic one. I had to RMA one for the letters wearing off the keys after 3 months and now the replacement does the same. Keystrokes don't always register and some keys even creak or squeak.
Summary: I suppose I can buy keyboard dots or braille key overlays, but I already paid amost $100 for this keyboard. I really don't like the thought of having to buy more stuff to make it fully usable.
Pros: Backlit, relatively quiet compared to most other keyboards. Long battery life.
Cons: There are no tactile indicators - those little bumps on the f, j, and sometimes a few other keys, to let you know where your fingers are, unless you look down at the keyboard. I thought this wouldn't be much of a big deal until I used it for a while. This significantly detracts from the usability...
Excerpt: I LOVED the Logitech Wireless Keyboard K800 when I first got it!! It was slim, the keys had a nice bounce to them and loved it mostly because the keys were backlit. However, after only a few months, the keyboard stopped working.
Excerpt: I bought this in January 2014 due typing in the evening and not being able to see my normal keyboard with white letter/number keys.I haven't used it in weeks because when I do, it doesn't stay lit and I'm hunting for the right keys to use.I can't say I would strongly recommend it.
Summary: May take a while to get used to. If you plan on gaming the shift key is quite small and just does not feel right. Save your pennies and get something better.....
Pros: Keys are not sticky. It works......good replacement for NO keyboard.
Cons: Too small. I often find myself hitting wrong keys like Page UP because I am used to a standard sized keyboard. Even for a membrane Keyboard it feels like I am typing on a laptop. The keys are stout and small and you can barely feel the bump when the key bottoms out. Just really thin and flimsy.
Summary: This keyboard is great when it works, but obviously useless when it doesn't. I should have swapped the one from my desk at home with this one when it arrived, it still looks and acts brand new and I wouldn't be in the doghouse right now!
Pros: Illuminated keys, quiet, replaceable Ni-MH batteries, ability to reduce/turn off backlighting, Setpoint allows me to disable the Caps Lock key, lightweight, app/multimedia keys, my favorite keyboard to type on
Cons: I have 3 of these. 2 were bought new and have worked flawlessly (one at work, one at home). The third (the refurb) I bought as a gift because the one for my desktop would disappear whenever the girlfriend was over for use on her laptop. After a week or two every once in a while it would start tra...
Summary: I researched on the internet, looks like lots of people are having same problem. Man, I wish Logitech read and award this issue, This Keyboard is honestly better than lots of $100+ keyboards .. ONLY IF IT WORKS !!
Pros: Best finish, Best slim design(keys are right next to each other). Very low profile makes this keyboard somewhat easy to type, keeps your finger close to the ground and makes long time FPS/MMO gaming much easier and the back-lit is at right bright. its just bright enough for you to see what you ty...
Cons: Biggest job about this keyboard is, whatever I am typing right now is NOT USING my k800 because it is BROKEN. Only had it for 3 months and the key itself is acting weird. Its common that when you type something the keyboard actually sent the data to your PC something ELSE. Let me reconnect my K80...
