Stopped working after just a few months

LL33, Staples
21 August 2014
  • Excerpt: I LOVED the Logitech Wireless Keyboard K800 when I first got it!! It was slim, the keys had a nice bounce to them and loved it mostly because the keys were backlit. However, after only a few months, the keyboard stopped working. The "Function Keys" on the top row worked, but none of the other keys would work.

long time to charge

Pat the Typist, Staples
26 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I bought this in January 2014 due typing in the evening and not being able to see my normal keyboard with white letter/number keys. I haven't used it in weeks because when I do, it doesn't stay lit and I'm hunting for the right keys to use. I can't say I would strongly recommend it. If you buy it be sure to return it asap if it doesn't hold the charge. I've had it sitting in the sun for the afternoon and only one bar is lit.

Keys Break too easily

MrGood, reviews.logitech.com
8 August 2013
  • Summary: I love the keyboard... the way the keys feel, the angle it sits at, it's backlighting as my hands approach to type. However I can't recommend this keyboard for two reasons: 1st - it's suppose to be a wireless keyboard. However, because there are no removeable/rechargeable batteries, the keyboard itself has be be plugged into a USB cable to recharge. I'd prefer a quick swap of batteries so that my keyboard can always be truly wireless.

Disappointing

GVM, reviews.logitech.com
24 July 2013
  • Summary: Over all I think this version is overrated. I am a Logitech fan and have used there products in the past but this upgrade leaves me wanting. For example try to enlarge font I know there is a function key that is supposed to do the trick but try to find out how to do this via the manual, internet etc good luck. I have just spent the better part of an hour trying to find the solution could not find.

Hand proximity control is irritating

Dave, Staples
15 February 2012
  • Excerpt: I found that the hand detection feature is very irritating during use. It would be beneficial if "off time" between hand detections was a user selectable feature.
  • Pros: Quiet, Reliable Performance
  • Cons: Hand proximity detection, Inadequate features
