Summary: I've used the k750 for more than a year now, had it replaced twice during that year because of the charging problem. Also the terrible Bluetooth it has, the thing won't connect unless you turn it on and off at least 5 times! Today the keyboard finally died, I'm typing this with an on screen keyboard. Logitech never again.
Excerpt: Purchased this on clearance. I can can see why it was in clearance. Two of the keys broke, 3 days after I used it. When you press on them they pop up. Bringing it back for a refund. Don't waste you money! Buy the original Apple brand instead. It s worth the extra money.
Summary: Iamwritingthis reviewwithoutanyeditstothe problemmy keyboardgives(justthissentence). As you can see above, this keyboard no longer accepts space bar signals only when the bar is hit on the left-hand side or directly in the middle. As a result, I must either edit every word delimit or change my typing behavior so that I only use my right thumb (and on the right-most fringe of the keyboard) to use the space bar key. This lemon did not even last me 7 months.
Excerpt: I like to think that I got the 1 defective keyboard of thousands, but half of the keys on mine didn't do what they were supposed to. The apostrophe and the at sign did not show up when I pushed their buttons and were nowhere to be found. Other symbols above the #s were all off by one key to the right.
Summary: Beautifully styled keyboard but on my second one - the first one kept losing power and then just disconnected. Second one takes forever to charge in a fully lit room - ditching it for the USB powered version.
Summary: Solar powered? don't think so. I have left this keyboard in the back window of my car for a week and barely gained any charge, on multiple occasions. left in in there for a month long underway, gained 7 percent. Got back from deployment, battery wont charge at all, after being left untouched in the trunk of my car for 7 months. Battery died quickly, even after I did get it to 100% after I bought it and set it in the sun for a couple weeks straight.
Summary: Does not natively connect to Mac Mini. You must use their Bluetooth dongle AND use lame software. This really defeats the purpose of Bluetooth with regard to interoperability. If you want to give up a USB plugin and have it not be supported on iPad, I guess this is the board to use. I learned it is best to read owners manual carefully before purchase. Returned to BestBuy.
Summary: I have the windows version of this keyboard at work and absolutely love it. While the keys on the windows version have a nice click and good feedback, the keys on this mac version are soft, mushy silent things that give no feedback whatsoever. You cannot tell if you are typing or not. Logitech, what gives? Why the mushy keys on the mac version?
