Decent set but has LAG : (

Staples shopper, Staples

  • Excerpt: When this set was on sale, it was bought for use at work and the set includes both a wireless keyboard and M510 mouse and a tiny USB receiver. It's somewhat ergonomic so that's good on your hands and wrist.Haven't really tried the Function keys though they do seem to work as I've tried the calculator and zoom keys.CAUTION: the keyboard DOES have a LAG when typing.Sometimes, when you type, the cursor disappears then it appears and the characters may be typed in, sometimes...

Keyboard 4-stars. Software 0-stars

sas, Staples
27 February 2014
  • Excerpt: As a stand alone keyboard, this is fairly good, although the key spacing feels a bit cramped compared to my late, unlamented MS keyboard; and the unique layout of the delete and page navigation keys takes some getting used to but seems reasonably logical once you do get used to it. The feel of the keys is better than the MS-4000 that died.
  • Pros: Can Use Wo Software, Comfortable Design, Quality Appears Good, Wireless Works Well
  • Cons: Customer Service Useless, No Caps Lock Light, Software Doesn't Work, Sware Installdisaster, S-ware Install Disaster

Space bar Problems

Alvaro, Adorama
7 December 2013
  • Excerpt: Nice keyboard design and good quality but Space bar is too hard.I purchased 2 of them and I thought the problem was mine and I switched with the other one and same problem. I used for a while then I had to go back to my old keyboard. I wish Logitech have a recall for this keyboard to fix this problem because I really like the design.

Good functionality -- poor layout

  • Excerpt: I bought this keyboard because it was wireless, had assignable keys and had an ergo shape. The wireless keyboard functions very well, and I've NOT experienced any of hte freezing and hanging that others have reported. The Unifying receiver is awesome. Everything functions as advertised and as expected. However, the layout of the keyboard is clumsy, as others have mentioned.

User Review

ArkWMShopper, Walmart
21 June 2012
  • Summary: The main problem I have with this keyboard is the cursor image disappears from the screen. This is really annoying if you copy/paste/edit a large block of text. The cursor image will disappear, frequently. The arrow keys will effectively move the cursor from line to line and left/right within the line, but you won't know where it actually is until you start typing - and it usually will NOT be where you thought it was.

sobbing with frustration

  • Excerpt: HORRIBLE performance. I like the curve, very comfortable, nice key strokes but I honesty thought I was going crazy because I couldn't imaging that any company would manufacture something that is this erratic! In the middle of a sentence it just stops typing - then randomly starts again and inserts a mixed collection of the missed keystrokes ... or prints one letter clear across the page ... or the backspace/delete key won't work.
