Summary: I bought this keyboard on February 6, 2012. I bought it because I absolutely had to have programmable G keys and, at the time, this was one of the few keyboards that had it. Plus, I thought the LCD screen would come in handy. Cut to two years later and I have never used the LCD screen. Once I got the keyboard, I realized that clock is only analogue!!! There is no option or app for a digital clock, that's insane.
Summary: At first I thought this keyboard was the best keyboard ever. I loved the feel, I loved the function keys. Not even a month after use its starting to act up. Will randomly disconnect from my computer and/or restart itself over and over. And now one of the USB ports doesn't work.
Summary: Just got this in and nothing but trouble. The keys up top (menu, and up, down, left, right) do not respond very well. I have to press very hard down on them to get them to work. Currently typing on the keyboard now which i had to unplug my mouse from because the mouse in the usb port was not being seen. The keyboard it self is not being recognized there for no back-lighting, no macros, and only basic key functions.
Summary: I wouldn't waste money on a re-hashed product that had ZERO support for the first model. This should tell you something... ... I have not had ONE update to the software, in the 2 years I've owned it. BECAUSE THEY DON'T SUPPORT THEIR OWN PRODUCTS !!!
Summary: This is the worst new purchase I have made in ages! The display started flashing in loop about 2mos after purchase. Google says it's typical crappy Chinese quality control and wires are exposed where cables go into keyboard...and Google doesn't lie! The wires are hanging out and touching each other, causing a short. I wrap them in electrical tape as best as possible but the area is so tight it's impossible to get it correct at this point.
Summary: So I got this on sale to go with my mouse. I've read about compatibility issues with logitech and razer so decided to go all logitech. I'm disappointed in this keyboard in that the keys don't seem to feel as good as my steelseries. I feel like this keyboard was made for a button smasher. The menu keys for the led screen is trash. I have to really press down to get it to work. Also got a dead pixel...
Summary: They shouldn't have even released it, especially not for the price. Screen is way to small and reminds me too much of 90s. They have some cool features for the screen like viewing your cpu temperature and all the cores, but overall, the functionality of it isn't worth the buy at all due to the very limited amounts of things you can do with it..
Summary: They would not replace the second one saying that it had been over a year since I purchased it. I could not have had over a good weeks worth of play on it because I have not been into any game since I got it. The G15 I had previously is still working but the g19 it total garbage and they wont stand behind it. A $200 keyboard that wont hold up to a week in gameplay? Really?
Pros: Great ideas if they made a quality product.
Cons: The first one I got for Christmas and the screen would lose power without warning, which made it impossible to game with. I sent it back and they replaced it. The second one was hardly used at all when the w and s keys quit working.
Summary: Other than the new font on the Keys, there is nothing different about this board compared to its predecessor other than a higher price tag. As with all the new G series products, there is no real innovation or new tech involved. Just a simple product refresh and new labeling. Highly disappointed with this and I did return the product back to Amazon because of it.
