not really the most advanced keyboard... but an OK one

Summary: my dream keyboard with budget over $100 must have this: 1. solar powered 2. back lit capable 3. stylish and thin (like this one) 4. ease and reliable of connection 5. better productivity (lack of number keypad is definitely not helping) 6. fun to use: dedicated keys for multimedia (this one, you have to use Fn + sth combo) the trackpad sucks, considering that this keyboard was introduced to the market more than 4 years ago, you might accept all the shortcomings.
Summary: Okay so I was excited to receive this keyboard as many keyboards today are trying to pretend they are an MacBook keyboard (very flat keys) rendering it useless. This is not the case but this keyboard remains wanting. Granted, they did not advertise it with a 10 key, I was overzealous and ordered it and did not notice that.
Fancy and expensive keyboard with little functionality

Summary: I got this keyboard to use with my HTPC in a dark room. I used it for 2 days and had to return due to the following reasons: Cons: 1. The bluetooth connection drops frequently. 2. The keys are not backlit, only the trackpad is for aesthetic purpose. 3. The F1...F12 keys double up as multimedia keys, but are NOT labelled. Unless the "Fn" key is pressed, the LED labels do not light up. The "fn" key itself is not backlit, so its hard to find it in a dark room.
Summary: so the product got here on time, had a suprisingly large amount of charge already on it compared to other blutooth items ive purchased and works wondefully so far. The downside was that, there are a few dings and scraped on the package frsh out of the box. While, its not something im going to send the product back over, and its on the edges, not on the surface or anything like that, I'm just a little upset when a product comes with cosmetic defections right out of the...
Summary: I have persisted with the Mac version of this keyboard for well over three years - to the point of purchasing several for various machines (and stored for future use) but today I resigned myself to the fact that the keyboard has a couple of major flaws that render it useless to me. Firstly, the well documented connectivity issue - at least 2-3 times a day I would loose connection and have to re-start the keyboard to gain productivity.
Summary: Madman's review above is correct. The lack of a 10-key on this keyboard is a huge flaw that I don't think I'm going to be able to overcome. Why on God's green earth Logitech couldn't either add a 10-key to this or have two separate models, one with and one without, completely escapes me. However, I do a huge amount of keyboarding, and it does have a light touch.
Summary: Unfortunately, it's flaky as can be. I've had it for about a year and a half, and I never know whether it will work or not when I pull it off the charger. Once it went a month without working and then arbitrarily started working again. By "not working" I mean the whole thing is non-responsive even though it has been charging for long enough. Lights come on but nothing works.
Summary: The keyboard not charge in the base, the red indicator for the battery is blinking all the time. I read t in the internet that is a regular problem with this keyboard, I will hope that I received a replace part for the guarantee
Summary: Logitech is a peripheral juggernaut that spits out mediocre products for the most part. Though they did up their portfolio to compete with the likes of Apple and other quality products, this keyboard still misses the mark. Major Flaw 1: computer cannot sleep while product is charging Major Flaw 2: touchpad is too sensitive and the buttons are too stiff and awkwardly placed Major Flaw 3: lift the keyboard from the edge and you'll mistakingly press the sleep button quality...
Summary: This is a great keyboard. I have had it a few days and am impressed by how convenient everything on the keyboard is. I had written a review for this product but have since decided to reformat it for an easier read and a more in depth look at the product. I will begin this review by pointing out pros and cons.
