"Loved it till they said Windows 7"

pfb3_tech, CNET
7 April 2009
  • Pros: Sleek and stylish. Easy to type on, never missed a keystroke. Loved the one-touch buttons for websites and media. The media pad was great, pause, play, and volume/mute all easily accessible. Overall I wouldn't have traded it in for anything, but...
  • Cons: ... it craps out on Windows 7... It worked great in XP, great in Vista. I BSOD the other day from my own overclocking attempt, somehow cook a hdd, back up and running, and today the whole thing craps out. Moved it to another machine (XP) all good.

"Mouse lags.Throw it out. Keyboard works fine."

yauheniya, CNET
14 November 2008
  • Pros: I like the keyboard design. It doesn't take a lot of space on my desk. Easy to relocate. Nice and light. DIdnt get to notice any good features about the mouse.
  • Cons: How are you supposed to navigate the cursor if it always moves on it's own? It gets so frustrating when it starts lagging.

16 June 2008
  • Pros: Looks nice.
  • Cons: MediaPad does not connect properly. Technical support from Logitech is useless. Keyboard and mouse will FREQUENTLY disconnect and not function for around 30 seconds.

  • Pros: Feels great, Precise typing and cursor movement, media pad is a joy to use (in Windows)
  • Cons: Only fully works in windows and crippled basic functionality in Linux (Basic Feature Set), Windows DEMANDS a secure connect!
