poor wireless reception, faulty product

Summary: this keyboard is a piece of junk cause the printscreen button does not work, it goes off on its own. the logitech support people are totally unhelpful, they have me sit through 30 minutes of useless procedures just to tell me my keyboard cannot be replaced. the idiots who sold me this junk, were some 3rd party sellers on amazon, covered the PID number so i cannot get it replaced by logitech.
Summary: I've had this keyboard for about 3 years. Recently, one of the directional buttons stopped working. If you're a gamer like myself and put alot of pressure on your keyboard, look elsewhere for something more durable.
Summary: In over two years of ownership and regular continual use, I've replaced the batteries three times in the keyboard and twice in the mouse. I've thrown this thing across the room, a few keys came off, but snapped right back into place. The ergonomics are not the best, but the hotkey placement is far superior to that of the newer s520. The only improvements I could see to the design of this keyboard is 1) back-lit keys 2) extra mouse buttons and 3) a charging dock/station.
Summary: The first thing that needs to be said is that it is almost impossible to build a product that satisfies all people. So I suppose you can take all opinions on a product with a grain of salt. What cannot be argued with are facts. Fact: I bought this exact combo in late 2005/early 2006, and have used it countless hours and I'm typing this very review on it. I have had not one moment's problem from this product from day one.
Summary: I have owned this keyboard/mouse set for years now - I've only had to change the batteries a few times in spite of keeping my computer running at all times, and keeping my mouse and keyboard on at all times as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the range for the keyboard/mouse is not the best - but it is certainly decent - Probably in the range of 10-12 feet (4.7 stars would be about right).
Summary: I received this keyboard and mouse a couple of weeks ago. Though I have not used it a lot, it seems to work great. It is easy to hook up and looks and works good/well. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of five is because I havent had it long enough to tell how durable and how long the batteries last.
Summary: I just purchased another one of these keyboard mouse combo's because I wore off the key lettering I used it so much. I found the battery life exceptional and the low profile on the keyboard allows me to use a soft wrist support with it. I have been using this set for about a year now and love it. I am ordering everyone on my team one!
Mediocre keyboard, clunky mouse, but YEP, IT's WIRELESS

Summary: The only thing going for this keyboard is it is wireless. The key layout is non-standard, so why bother? NEVER move an important key like the DELETE KEY, Logitech. TO DO SO IS NOT SMART! Others have pointed out its somewhat poor ergonomics, but I would add the fact that it is crippled by the typical thin and plastic prop stand that essentially all keyboards use, only these props on the back of the keyboard are very small and very short.
