Summary: Thinking that it could be a software conflict I removed programs and replaced drivers with no avail. As a last resort I had an old Logitech V220 Cordless mouse for my laptop with a USB connection. For the heck of it I put the USB in a slot and bingo "the old mouse works".
Pros: I purchased this as an upgrade (or so I thought) to my 2010 build. Windows 7 64 bit os. The keyboard and mouse installed easily and ran flawlessly for a while and then started a erratic behavior.
Cons: The mouse is erratic! A few months ago the mouse started acting erratically with pauses and stumble steps (not smooth) as you moved the mouse.
Summary: If you used this keyboard/mouse combo for browser games or general desktop use I think this would probably be a decent combo. If you plan to play any PC games (especially FPS) you should look elsewhere.
Pros: - Nice look - Good keystroke feel - Bluetooth
Cons: - Mouse feels "sloppy" and unresponsive - Function keys are very small and feel like your really reaching for them - Key-blocking - Key-blocking!!
Summary: Overall, a good semi-budget-minded setup. The wireless is a huge improvement over the corded setup I dealt with last time I had a desktop. There have been some complaints of the keys being difficult to work with (hard to press just right, stroke accuracy as it relates to the KB layout, etc), but...
Pros: Wireless; good to very good mouse accuracy, dynamic search function. Highlight text in your browser, click the magnifying glass button, and it opens a new tab/window and does a default search engine search for that word/phrase. Most excellent for the lazy. :)
Cons: Zoom bar on keyboard is annoying and frequently gets bumped, and so far I've found no way to turn it off. I need to give Logitech a call and ask about this. The scroll wheel on the mouse has a little side-to-side play and has a metallic "spring" sound if I brush it, but this is a minor annoyance....
Pros: The mouse is great! Keyboard was very nice for the first couple of months. Keyboard can withstand hammer punches from my frustration with stuck keys!
Cons: After some time, (a few months) the keys on the keyboard will begin to get stuck as you press them and continually worsen. If you're a fast typer, it will slow you down. Get ready for some frustration.
Summary: As some other reviews said, the keyboard tends to make you hands feel as though they're lower then your wrists when you're resting on the pad. Its not uncomfortable, but it just feels strange.
Pros: Everything! The keyboard feels great, its not overly loud when hitting the keys, has every function key you would ever need. The mouse is super comfortable, responsive and precise.
Cons: I would say the price could come down a bit, but for two awesome products... its worth every penny.
Summary: I bought one for a friend, and two for myself, locally as refurbished items. One had a receiver out of sync w/ the keyboard - glad it was one that I kept, so he didn't have to deal w/ the sync issue. It's behaved ever since. Been over 6 months since I've seen these available - nice to see them back.
Pros: Encrypted wireless connection, making eavesdropping VY difficult (can also become a con - see below); Excellent range - good to 15ft or more; very good battery life; comfortable; many useful buttons. Beats the snot out of the MS Wireless Natural I'm using now for range and features. Don't know wh...
Cons: Encrypted wireless connection! When it loses sync, you won't want to have to type a password to get logged, since it won't be working! IOW, you might want to keep a wired KB handy. And, I really would prefer it be an ergo design. I've become quite accustomed to the Wireless Natural (five years ma...
Summary: I have tried to call Logitech to see what they would do for me, but the line always says there is a problem and try back later. Emails have not been answered. And both the keyboard and the mouse are to the point of being non-usable Wish I hadn't given my 10 year old HP keyboard to my sister.
Pros: Anthing written by anyone that has owned it for less then 6 months disregard... It was really nice for about a month.
Cons: Keys started to stick after a month of normal gaming use. First one, then another, now there are quite a few that stick unless you hit them exactly from the top. Worst part though... After 8 months, the left mouse button has started acting crazy. Everytime I hit it, it double clicks. Does not mat...
