Summary: Edited to add 2/4/2014: 7 out of 10 scanners are no longer working. Folks, we scanned 5-10 pages per scanner per day. This is "light duty" by most standards. These flimsy units just do NOT hold up in an office environment.
Summary: Even after successful installs (as administrator) calibration fails, program crashes. I have gotten these to work in the past, they work for a little while then start crashing whenever opening the application.
Summary: This scanner/keyboard was purchased for use in my office. My receptionist used it very begrudgingly because all of the scanned documents looked dark with a blue hue. It is now in my closet. We bought a different unit -- Mellony purchased it on her own through Amazon and this one works great.
Did not function and Amazon has not addressed my issue with the return.

Summary: This product was not able to be loaded either by way of CD or online download. Spent several hours with representative from Keyscan and still not able to use. I have requested weeks ago that Amazon pick the item up. I still have it at my desk and no return label yet.
Summary: I've bought 5 keyboards Keyscan KS810-P for my admin. dpt, and 3 of them produce bad images; a grey stripe along all the pages scanned. I've tried to clean them with no success. Just use them as simple keyboard.
Summary: I purchased one of these keyboards at a box store. When I hooked it up to my computer the keyboard worked immediately. I wish I could say the same thing for the scanner. I tried to calibrate it using a half a dozen different sheets of paper only to get the same error message over and over.
Summary: I work in IT, and unfortunately one of the department of the company I work for decided to buy 4 of these keyboards. We followed the installation instructions, yet the installation failed, the dreaded "scan calibration failed".
