Pros: I bought one of these when I built my computer in December of 2011. I immediately fell in love with the volume wheel. With other volume controls, I'm always having to tap really fast, afraid of how quickly the volume shoots up if I hold a button down, but if something comes on too loud, I can swipe over to this and quiet it immediately, or if I want to turn it up, I can very quickly move it back and forth, just one or two clicks or the whole range in just a second. Cons: My online friends frequently comment on how loud this keyboard is. I've gotten used to it over time, and I sort of like the sound of typing, but it could get annoying for other game players on a voice chat.
Summary: Bought this Keyboard to Replace my Saitek Eclipse Keyboard which finally died after 11 years of solid use. This K6800 keyboard is great. Keys are a little softer to touch then my old keyboard but nothing that is causing me grief. Lots of shortcut keys on the sides which are flush with the surrounding plastic case so you won't accidentally press them. This keyboard also has a volume knob which is awesome!
Pros: Cheap Price, Good Brands, Full Keyboard, Lots of Media Buttons
Summary: It has media keys which work great with my computer. The volume wheel is amazing, sort of gives it a high end feel. I price matched this to 10.99 and I'm completely happy. There couldn't be a better keyboard out there for the price I payed.
Pros: Great feel to keys, sort of like a mechanical keyboard., Typing is amazing on this unit for a dome keyboard.
Cons: The only thing I hate about this keyboard is the shortened backspace key.
Summary: Oh, and the wire is on the short side, but as long as you don't want to type across the room with a wired keyboard, you're ok.
Pros: As of one day of use, I love this keyboard. The media buttons I hadn't even noticed before purchasing, so huge bonus for me. I'm upgrading from a basic keys-only keyboard, so having volume and media control on the keyboard is very nice...
Cons: To be fair...the backspace button is the half-sized version, and I'm not used to it. I'm looking forward to mastering it, though!
Summary: I needed a cheap keyboard for my new gaming PC so I picked this. It is actually good what I was not expecting. Your fingers can fit on all the keys and its easy to play games on. It makes a very nice noise while typing.
