Good keyboard, but pray you don't need help from their eSupport.

Pros: Very good keyboard. I love the feel, ergonomics, and performance that I got with the purchase. However, for the money, you'd have to expect it.
Cons: I lost a key (Z key), and not sure what happened to it. It may have gone into the vacuum while cleaning my office. I submitted a ticket to see if you can get a replacement. They asked me to contact service department by email to see if they have any parts. Three emails, and 3 months later, NO RES...
Summary: I think it s a decent keyboard, but the customer service is non existent. Seam from what I can see of their forms they have had a lot of problems with the software......
Pros: The construction of the keyboard is solid. Keys work great. I love the heavy feel it don't slide around on my desk.
Cons: Only a few days after the 2 year warranty runs out its started turning on and off randomly then it went up in a big puff off blue smoke from under the profile select button.... oky no problem ive had it for a while and used it a lot I got to there web site to check out warranty information get no...
Summary: Wrote a review on June 30, 2013. At that time, one of my LEDs from under the "7" key gave out. Thought it was just an unlucky circumstance. A few months out of warranty, at least 5 of my keys no longer work on this keyboard.
Pros: It uses high quality cherry red switches. LED brightness is adjustable. Function keys are convenient. Audio volume can be directly controlled from keyboard.
Summary: Guess I'm out of luck with any warranty on this replacement and will think twice about buying any Gigabyte product again
Pros: Liked the keyboard and mechanical keys and backlights.
Cons: Built a gaming system with all components purchased from Newegg.ca Everything else I bought except the Gigabyte Aivia osmium keyboard has been 100 percent. The first one failed (lights went out and was dead) just before the year was out so I managed to go through Gigabytes RMA process and sent it...
Summary: So I got this keyboard for Christmas. I was really excited because it was my first mechanical keyboard and my other keyboard finally died on me after probably 10 years of use. Within the first month, the keyboard back-light would start flashing on and off and the keyboard would become unresponsive.
Summary: The keyboard decided to stop working just over a year after purchase. Bought on 8/12/13 if I remember correctly. First the lights started to flicker on and off, then it just quit on me. It was such a great keyboard while it worked. You would expect that a $100 keyboard would last several years.
Pros: -Backlit -Great Macros -Typing felt good -Nice and sturdy design
Pros: Great Cherry MX Red key feel. SImple black keyboard with nice soft backlight that is adjustable for late night gaming. Quality braided cable with headphone jack and USB 3. The fact that you can't dim the Aivia macro indicator is annoying but not a deal breaker.
Cons: This was not a new in box item when it arrived. The inner plastic wrapping was missing and two of the macro keys had been pulled off and were rattling around in the box. I called newegg Premier Help hotline and was told that sometimes they're opened from the factory, and this is normal!? Furtherm...
Summary: Long story short: Who has time to deal with cruddy hardware, software, and support? I certainly don't. If you search around for issues on this keyboard, the problems are obvious and everywhere.
Pros: Most of the elements of a normal keyboard are present. The backlighting is great, the functionality of the mechanical keys is also good. Light control seems to work pretty good.
Cons: Lots of cons: 1. When plugged into a USB 3.0 port, the keyboard sometimes fails to function at all. They lights come on, but there is no response from hitting any keys. 2. The macros fail to work. I had a simple macro working for 1 day. The next day, no macros would work. 3. The volume mute (by h...
Summary: You won't know effectively how much warranty you are entitled UNTIL you receive the product and check the serial number. If it has been on the store's shelf for 10 months before you get it, you effectively have a warranty of only two months.
Pros: 1- white backlit keyboard, 2- USB 3.0 hub/extension, 3- audio/head-set extension, 4- product quality sounds decent
Cons: 1- BEWARE: according to Gygabyte: "Gigabyte determines warranty based on the manufacture date.", 3- Mine has started showing bizarre behavior just two months after the purchase. Sometimes keyboards light start flashing for no apparent reason. The logo breathing light while disable keeps breathing...
