Poor performance and Unreliable. Struggle to make it work properly
9 November 2014
Summary: I bought this keyboard about 40 days ago. I bought it because of its design futures, backlit keys, left and right mouse keys, and cursor keys, and its Bluetooth connectivity. Delivery was prompt and on time. It is packaged well with a small user manual. That is commendable for the price ($14). It connected with my Zotac Nano CI320 PC using Linux Mint 17 OS without any problem.
Summary: looks ok but if your expecting plug & Play its not !!! you have to install it like a ear piece or headphones !!! i have another mini keyboard all you have to do is plug in the usb blue tooth ,turn on the keyboard and its working ,not this one !!!
Summary: WARNING: Some sellers are not authorized resellers, and FAVI will NOT honor the manufacturer's warranty! Buyer beware! Although the parts warranty is one year, the labor warranty is only 45 days! This means if you have a failure from day 46 to 365, you're going to be paying FAVI to repair your unit. These folks must have zero faith in their products' reliability to issue a warranty like this.
Summary: It's a very cool compact design. The USB dongle can be stored in a dedicated compartment in the device itself, which is nice for portability, and keeping track of it. I also bought it because I liked the brand name FAVI better than the other company that has a bunch of goofy z's in their name (although their devices might be good quality). The FAVI keyboard even has a lighted keyboard option - pretty cool.
