Summary: Let me start off by saying that I loved this keyboard while it worked. However, a month after receiving it, the ALT key stopped working. I haven't dropped it, hit it, or spilled anything on it. It went out of the box and onto my desk and has stayed there. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty information, and after having to register for two separate support related websites, I was informed about the return policy.
Summary: 2 weeks ago, i got this keyboard and found out that the Fn Key did not work at all. so i request the replacement and i got a new keyboard right now. a problem is that the FN key also does not work at all. i want to ask to the seller that did you test keyboard before sending?
