Run away quickly

Robert W., Newegg
29 October 2009
  • Summary: Before buying ANYTHING from Adesso, try calling their tech line, you won't get an answer or a return phone call (I'm serious...try it for yourself!). Try their on-line chat...it doesn't work! Try requesting an RMA. It has been 2 days and I have only received confirmation that they received my request...no RMA.
  • Pros: Looks great, feels great, has every button you could wish for.
  • Cons: 100' range is an absolute joke when it does work. Try 10'. Unit died after an hour of use.

William F., Newegg
5 July 2009
  • Summary: Should have spent the extra 50 bucks on the Logitech DiNovo w/bluetooth in the first place.

Stay away, very far away

Mark A., Newegg
29 June 2009
  • Summary: I missed the 30 day return policy by a couple of days. Drag! This product is not ready for the market place.
  • Pros: I liked that it was rf instead of ir
  • Cons: The layout is bad with oddly shaped keys and non-standard spacing. The construction is really poor, USB receiver fell apart and the keyboard doesn't sit flat on the desk. Mouse pointer moves randomly. Mouse buttons are on the opposite side of the keyboard.

Bad Board

Jon L., Newegg
20 May 2009
  • Summary: When will someone offer a decent long-range board with a variable channel selection to bypass interference issues??
  • Pros: Worked for 3 weeks.
  • Cons: If you have a wireless keyboard elsewhere in the house, it may interfere with this board. Touch pad is too sensitive. Board feels cheap. Failed completely at 28 days. Unable to connect to the system.
