Summary: Purchased to round out my home theater PC W7 Home Premium. Very happy. Lots of PROS. Few CONS. Keyboard is like laptop so is familiar and usable and like some laptops some keys are in odd locations. Media shortcut keys would have been nice..volume, mute etc. Touchpad works fine after tweaking the windows acceleration and speed settings. Scroll up anddown feature on touchpad is handy.
Summary: This is the 3rd of these I've had in about 8 years: after about 3 years, cursor control from the touchpad gets really iffy. But otherwise, I love it. It's small enough to fit on a small desk, the keys are comfortable, and the price is good enough that if I have to replace it every three years, that's okay.
Summary: I purchased this keyboard because I just built a media server in my living room, and wanted to be able to surf the web while on my couch. This keyboard gets amazing range, even without line of sight to the usb receiver. I have it plugged in the back of the computer. My only gripe is the backspace key is tiny, and i tend to hit other keys near it, but not a big deal. Also, first time you turn it on, number lock is on, so when you type i you will get a 5.
Summary: Checked out reviews before buying. Works great. Someone said this eats through batteries. I disagree. As long as I remember to turn off when done, no problem. I've used at least 10 hours over past month. Still going strong. Very lightweight and portable. I use together with projector screen for the ultimate computer experience. Bluetooth usb connection works flawlessly and finds keyboard every time. Keyboard is tight, yet comfortable.
Summary: I bought this for my HTPC, and it's everything I hoped for..... and more. You can probably disregard most of the previous reviews of this keyboard. I received mine yesterday, and it seems that it has been improved in many ways. Some issues that previous reviews have mentioned which have been addressed: The auto-off power saving feature seems to have been improved and a power switch has been added.
Summary: I spilled a soda on my laptop a couple of years ago and I was never able to get the keyboard to work again, even after installing a new one. I've spent the last year using a regular wireless keyboard and wireless mouse with it which were fine but clumsy when I wanted to move the laptop to a different location at home. I had to pack the keyboard, mouse, and the wired receiver.
Summary: I bought this keyboard for my projector screen; I love it but yes sometimes the keyboard is touchy and yes it eats batteries. But even with those draw backs I would not give this keyboard up. Way too convenient for when stuck on the couch with crafting project and need to do my banking or watching movies.
