Summary: Needed a wired keyboard to replace my old wireless (A $200 plus bd. and mouse.) so I can access the bios and for the money I was surprised at the quality of the keyboard, good key action and the illumination is a plus. I prefer a small keyboard so this fit the bill perfectly. Recommend this without hesitation.
Summary: This was the worse keyboard I ever owned, the "blue light" on it was "white" and it was very dim. I actually returned one and got a replacement and it was just as bad. Trying to type on that keyboard was horrible. The keys were all jumbled together and just "not" a keyboard that anyone would type on. I hate the keyboard and I wasted my money.
Summary: Bought as a Christmas present, paid NDA freight, The keyboard for typing is fine however it does not light up, not worth the freight to ship back to vendor. The main reason I bought was for the light. Very disappointed.
Summary: I like to surf the internet while watching tv in the dark but often have difficulty needing to see the keys especially when having to type. Using my laptop I have to keep loweing the screen so I can use the light from it to see the keys. The main part of the keyboard is the same size as the keyboard on my laptop so for me this is perfect. I have small hands so don't find the keys being close together as a problem. Setup is a breeze using the USB connection.
Summary: My primary reason for writing this review is to alert potential buyers to Amazon's misleading description of this keyboard. Amazon calls this keyboard a "PS/2" keyboard; yet when I opened the box on the one I ordered I found instead that the keyboard sported a USB cable that was attached to a USB-to-PS/2 adapter.
Summary: I bought the keyboard so I could work in much lower light so as not to disturb my husband. The back light is not as bright as pictured and the key placement is much different then the one I was used to. The space bar is much smaller. There is a clack to the keys that I was surprised to hear, as well. I'm sure I was so eager to purchase something that lights up that I just did not do a thorough enough research- not the keyboard's fault...mine.
Summary: I just needed a simple keyboard to replace my original that failed with one that was lighted so I could see it better in my dark computer room. The ILLUMINATED MULTIMEDIA KEYBOARD BLUE ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT PS/2 ( EL-9805PB ) met these needs.
Summary: I bought this for my boyfriend's new custom computer. He loves how small it is, and I enjoy it to. It works with windows seven even. :] I don't mind how small it is, and it really is bright when you light it up. The buttons for like, the volume and homepage could be better.
