Summary: Thrilled with this nice looking, efficient, convenient & safe tea kettle for my 90 year old Mother. Constantly obsessed as she is, with HOT Tea, we feared for her safety - both whilst heating up traditional teakettles wearing the ever-present long baggy sweater, sleeves dragging so close to the gas...
Summary: I purchased this kettle in 2010. About a week ago, it started to leak and can't be used. I have tried to contact the manufacturer, but my phone calls have not been returned. I also sent an email but as yet not heard from them.

Summary: The metallic mesh corrodes, its pieces end up in your tea, and you end up removing whatever is left of it. After that, the kettle stops switching off once the water boils. Have only had this for 4 months and already it is broken. There are many other people complaining of this same problem.
Summary: A very good quality kettle that boils very quickly. Some people complained about the noise but I think this is no worse than any other kettle that I have ever owned. A nice finish to the steel and overall build quality looks good.
Summary: I use this kettle all day, every day. I get up in the morning and switch it on for my morning tea. Again for afternoon tea and again in the evening before retiring for the night. It sits atop my counter/island and is ready for me when I need it.
Summary: The first one only lasted 2 years. Unfortunately I need to have an electric pot for my forgetful Mom to use. Also need the handle on the top, not on the side, 'cause that was tough for Mom to handle. When it works, I like it, but it quit shutting off, not a good thing.
