Philips HR1861 juicer review

Pocket Lint
23 July 2010
  • Conclusion: The Philips HR1861 performs excellently and looks fantastic, being up to the job of regular juicing. You can get juicers for less which offer an almost identical centrifugal system, but the size (if you have enough worktop space in your kitchen) makes this model a great choice. Citrus fiends would be better off with a dedicated citrus juicer (or both, if you're really extravagant), but otherwise there is very little to fault with the Philips HR1861.
  • Pros: Easy to clean, extra large feeding chute, big hopper for waste
  • Cons: Doesn't come with a citrus juicer per se

  • Excerpt: Juice is an undeniable option to the road to good health. However, the means to achieve it, i.e., juicers are usually quite troublesome. The amount of extra work involved only leaves you exasperated. The new is just that- a pro when it comes to giving your favorite juice. Philips scores full points giving you a complete no-fuss juicer, thanks to its powerful 700W motor and original micro-mesh filter.
