Summary: After reading several negative reviews about it breaking down, I bought one anyway because of the price and fact that I need an electric juicer. We have an orange tree in the backyard and so far have had this product almost one year and ran at least 300 oranges through it with no problems. It's not a commercial juicer so you just have to work it slow and not force it. If the engine starts to whine, then back off a bit. I'm very happy with it so far!
Summary: I have Fibromyalgia and it was almost impossible to juice fruit manually. Now I just slice the fruit in half and gently hold the pieces in place and the juicer does the rest. What a wonderful product for people that suffer from strength issues.
Summary: I was looking for a simple juicer and looked at many on Amazon and also read many reviews. I was impressed by the reviews of this one and the price and decided to try it. I have before a very simple little "Braun", buy in Target, who was at this time very inexpensive. I used it for 22 years, the motor was still running well, but the central axe,who make the juicer turn to squeeze the juice was becoming old and weak, therefore not working very well anymore, so...
