Summary: Pros: 1/ what I like about this juicer is the incredible ease of cleaning it up after. With my previous juicer, that had been a problem but is definitely not the case with the omega VRT350x. This means I use the juicer daily. 2/ the compact size of this juicer takes up little space on the kitchen counter, slightly larger than a blender which is a bonus in my small kitchen. 3/ love the fact that it is a masticating juicer and use it for leafy greens.

Summary: Excellent juicer! The 88 rpm speed takes longer to juice---but when you put the fresh juice in a Mason/Kerr glass jar and seal it air-tight with the small Food Saver jar sealer, the fresh juice will last actually up to seven days under refrigeration!!! This way I only have to make juice twice per week. This juicer also will make fruit juice too! I purchased the refurbished model to save about $100.00 off retail price.
Excerpt: We purchased a different brand juicer from Zappos and because we were not satisfied with it's performance they allowed us to return it.(This was a courtesy return..one time only. They even paid for the return shipping!) We then bought this juicer (which did cost us more, but well worth it)and are really pleased. My husband and I make enough greens//fruit juice mixture to last for three days. The juicer works great and clean up is a breeze...
Summary: This is one sturdy machine. It does its task of making juice exceptionally well. Although I haven't used other brands for comparison, the complexity of getting this machine apart to clean and then getting it clean makes me not want to use it.

Summary: I bought this unit to replace an older Omega juicer. This unit clogs up very easily where the pulp is ejected and then the pulp ends up going through the juice port and into the juice. This is a major design flaw that should have been corrected before the machine went into production. I went back to using my old juicer. Omega is aware of the problem because I spoke with them on the phone.
Summary: I was thinking that there would be less pulp. I usually juice 32 oz. at a time so that I don't have to juice every day. I am beginning to enjoy more pulp and have found that I can strain the juice if I want. My daughter who has a centrifugal juicer does not mind the pulp so we are ok there when she comes over. At first, I found cleaning and re-assembling the juicer very hard. Then I watched several videos that said that I should juice the less pulpy things first..
Summary: It's well built, and quiet. Our family use it every morning which means it needs to be quiet for others....and it's quiet and does what it's supposed to do....so far we love it.... I am going to buy it for my brothers birthday.....Cheers..
