Summary: I bought this for my daughter, and applaud her desire to get healthier. She said it does a great job and likes that it takes food in without having to push it through. There are some chunks that occasionally do not get ground enough so she has to run it through again. The main drawback is that you loose a lot of juice in the pulp and have to strain it, or I would have given it 5 stars.
Summary: I looked at reviews on lots of sites and decided to buy the Omega after reading good things about it. I wanted an appliance that would do more than one thing, since I was spending so much. So far, I've been able to do whatever I tried. I made juice (carrots) and sorbet (frozen cantaloupe) and my husband did wheatgrass, which I find bitter. But he liked it. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other functions. I'll post more afterwards.

Summary: This is a good solid juicer that does a great job. when the pulp comes out, it is dry, dry, dry, which indicates that every bit of juice possible has been extracted. It's not the easiest cleanup in the world and if it was it would get five stars from me. But the cleanup is not "bad," and well worth the effort, in my opinion. I give this a positive recommendaiton.
Summary: First off, I had trouble getting this juicer to turn on. Thought I followed instructions lining up red dots. The hopper can be assembled with arrow lining up with the dot, which was wrong. Called Omega customer service and they quickly steered me right in getting the arrows lined up on the rear so it would run. OK, Just getting started on day one and I put it side by side with my trusty Jack L.
Summary: My wife and I have juiced off and on for 2 years. When we juice consistently, we notice a big difference in our vitality so we decided to upgrade to this juicer in hopes of making fresh juice with less fuss. Though we have only owned one other juicer (Cuisanart), it's clear that the Omega masticating juicer is a superior product in every way. The juice yield from the same amount of fruits and vegetables is at least 50% more.
Summary: I had the horizontal juicer for quite a few years and I had given that juicer to my mom. My very good friend gave this to me as her gift. She also gave me option to choose a juicer I wanted. So of course, I did my research on vertical juicers having years of experienced juicing with the horizontal juicers. What I love about this juicer is that it is self feeding. I don't have to plunge the veggies into the juicer like how I did with the horizontal juicer.
