Summary: I've been juicing for over 30 years, and this is my favorite juicer. Note that the NC800 & NC900 are the SAME except for color. I also own the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, and I feel that the Omega NC800 is much better. I've noticed that most of the rave reviews on the Kuvings are from people who are coming from a centrifugal juicer - well, any slow juicer will be a vast improvement over a centrifugal juicer, so I understand their enthusiasm.
Summary: Absolutely love it! We bought the Norwalk juicer when my son was diagnosed with cancer and think it is a wonderful juicer if you need to juice a large amount of juice; however, we found that there was some issues that, after my son was completely healed, caused us to stop juicing and eventually sell the juicer.
... have been juicing for 14 days now and I LOVE my juicer

Summary: I have been juicing for 14 days now and I LOVE my juicer. My mom has a Breville centrifugal machine and we did some side by side trials. Mine out-preformed hers every time. She is very jealous.
Summary: Didn't think I would ever rate this so-much-waited life-changer juicer with 2 stars. But here is the story: I have used this juicer every day since November 13, 2014 (less than 2 months) and found the experience very enjoyable. However, I am afraid that this enjoyment is going to end soon. First, after 2 weeks of use I noticed that the auger changed color slightly from black to dark green (it is not changing after thorough hand washing) and had some scratches.
Summary: Works amazingly. Powers through everything we have thrown at it, from frozen fruit to whole key limes and everything inbetween. Best all around juicer you can buy, with maybe the exception of a $2500 Norwalk. I've owned both a Jack Lalanne Juicer and a Bellevue Juicer (don't remember which specific models), and this outperforms both. If you plan on juicing oranges, limes, lemons and other fruits exclusively, this juicer might not be for you.
Summary: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this juicer!!! What a difference in flavor, effort, and clean up! I can't believe that I suffered a centrifugal juicer for SO long. Yes, as stated in other reviews, it juices leafy and hard veggies best, but even with pulpy fruits, it juices far better than the centrifugal! Pulp is super dry with leafies, and mostly dry with pulpies. You will get far more juice out of both types of fruits and vegetables.
Works great! So much better then my old Hamilton Beach ...

Summary: Works great! So much better then my old Hamilton Beach Juicer. I can extract way more juice and the pulp comes out super dry. The best part is it is so easy to clean. Just rinse and the screen is only 1" wide and takes seconds to clean.
Love it for what it is, a versatile juicer/food processor. Not the best of either, however.

Summary: I love this thing. It serves to juice well, as well as process food. Granted, a food processor would be faster, and offer more flexibility in terms of the degree to which food gets mashed up. But I have a tiny kitchen in an apartment and this serves both needs pretty well, rather than either need perfectly. It doesn't juice berries well at all. It juices other fruits and vegetables better and worse depending on a variety of characteristics.
Summary: What can I say - it made juicing fun! I have always used a centrifugal juicer and fought with the loud noise, involved cleaning and reduced type of things to juice. The Omega changed all this, and most importantly - it made juicing easy and tasty! (the latter is one of the most important aspects for me) Let's dissect it for a second. The Omega is a slow juicer. It will definitely take longer to do the same juice as with the centrifugal one. BUT, this is better!
Summary: I don't think it gets any better than this. Very dry pulp amazing juice. Does the juicy fruits also, just have to push it through with harder fruit or veggie. I had the 8006 and liked a lot, This does even a better job. Love the juice.
