Summary: Too much prep work for me! Small feed tub and did not like having to force each vegetable or fruit through the tube. So much force cannot be right. I was finding I did not want to juice! The white plastic in 3 days became discolored. My previous Omega of 20 + years has not discolored! Also the foot print of this is not one for me to work with either. The manufacture allowed me to return for the Omega VRT 350. Now this is the machine for me and style of usage.
Summary: Absolutely in love with my Masticating Juicer. Now I have fun preparing my fruits and veggies and get so much more juice than before and the taste is so much richer. Being able to make juice for two days is a real time saver as well. I was hesitant about buying a reconditioned product but I can honestly say it came packaged like it was brand new and I have not had a single problem. It was definately a great decision and saved me alot of money!
Summary: Great juicer and amazing price with a 12 year warranty to boot! Very happy with this purchase and to finally have a juicer that can do more than juice one type of fruit or vegetable, etc. This juicer does greens very well and even does a good job with pulpy fruits. I am very impressed. Doesn't overheat or get clogged like other masticating juicers I've used.
Summary: LOVE it and so happy I made the investment! Turns out there's a ton of ways to use the left over fruit & veggie pulp with the additional investment of a dehydrator (fruit roll ups, veggie crackers, we make veggie loaves for bunny). Also makes great compost. Buy day-old fruits to save a bit of money.
Summary: Great juicer, I wanted a masticating juicer but was not willing to pay $$$$ for it. The reviews were right on with this machine, I works wonderful. Easy to put together, easy to clean. I mostly do greens in it, but started doing some fruits drinks as well. Really a great buy for you money. It fits under my counter and doesn't take up much space. Not loud either. My child can nap while I juice.
Summary: Very fun to use. I bought a refurbished one that looks like new (and saved quite a bit of money) and works like new. Everyone in the family, from adult to kids, can use it and try various combinations of juices with vegetables and fruits. The sherbet made with frozen berries and any kind of fruit is SUPERB and tastes like a very expensive sherbet! (without sugar or anything else, just frozen fruits). Very healthy for the entire family.
Summary: Best juicer I have owned. Worth the money. I returned my Breville and used my money for this. The Breville is no slouch but this is better. Both are easy to clean, the Omega actually is easier, but the quality of the juice is superior.
