Summary: I've been using it 5-days a week for almost 2 years and I simply love it. Notice that you have to cut into smaller pieces things like oranges, beets, apples and large carrots. Things that I like to most about the Kuvings: - Easy to clean - The juice consistency is great - The components of the juicer are made to last - It can process everything. What I'd recommend about the usage is that greens traditionally don't give you a lot of juice and some might produce foam.
Summary: I am very happy with the Kuvings NS-950. I am new to juicing and did some online research and came across this juicer and read some great reviews so I decided to give it a try. This juicer is so well made, it small but yet powerful. It cleans easy- basically just run water to rinse after each use. It is a bit more in price than others but Kuvings offers a 10 year warranty. I think this product is made to last.
Summary: I purchased this from Amazon Warehouse as a used item. I saved half the cost of regular retail on an item that was obviously brand new and never used. The parts had not been taken out of their sealed factory plastic wrapping. I have never juiced before and was at first looking to purchase a centrifuge juicer by a well known high end manufacturer. I wanted a high quality juicer that would last for years with daily use.
Summary: We juice veggies regularly and eventually we wore out the cutting heads on our centrifugal juicer. So it was time for an upgrade. We read a bunch of the reviews and eventually settled on buying that very expensive Angel juicer. We were attracted to the idea that everything was metal and likely to last, although the price was kind of eye-popping. So we get it shipped to us, put it all together, and it would not turn on.
Summary: This juicer has caused me to have mixed feelings about kuvings. The only reason I choose this over the omega was the supposed customer service and omega had a reputation about it's plastic breaking. I have had to call customer service and it seems they will try and explain everything away. I know the parts are rubbing and I really dont hink there should have been scuff marks after only using it for a week.
Summary: I have read reviews on the slow juicers that are negative, and I think these people really haven't done their homework! If you watch a few video reviews you'll find that ALMOST ALL upright slow masticating juicers use the same General Electric augers and housing. None of the UPRIGHT slow juicers are designed to ingest whole carrots, uncut vegetables, or long pieces of celery.
