Stopped working in 3 months - worst customer service ever.
I didn't buy this juicer on Amazon. I wish I did. I don't think I would be having this problem if I would have done that because I don't think Amazon would have allow this atrocity. I bought it at the store and it stopped working in 3 months.
The store where I bought the machine didn't help me because the warranty with them expired already.
But, when I called Jack LaLanne's customer service, they didn't want to be responsible for it because I didn't buy the product through their website or on the phone. Then after having a serious talk with them, they wanted me to send them back the product, along with a check for 29.99$ for them to send me a juicer … back. Very unfair. At the end I will be spending a total of 60$ (30$ for me to ship it to them and 30$ for the check I have to write for them to ship me the machine back) plus all the time on the phone with them, plus going to the store. What a nightmare. So might as well just buy a new one. Then, I tried to talk with a supervisor and the guy made me wait for 30 minutes and then pick up the phone and claim he was the supervisor. I am not silly, I know it was the same person but lying. Then, I tried calling with the Spanish option and they were even worse (the reason why I tried in another language, is because in English they put you in line with people with such a strong accent that it is really hard to communicate, plus the guy I was talking to couldn't make sense, his ideas didn't make sense at all. It looks like Jack LaLane most likely do this in purpose so people will give up and don't fight for what is fair. You can't do it with someone who you are not sure is getting what you are trying to explain.) The person I talked to in Spanish, at first was a girl who didn't even know about the rules of this company, then she passed me along with a guy who was the "supervisor," a guy whose name supposedly was ""Carlos Garcia,"" he talked to me and said he could do ANYTHING at all for me because I didn't buy the product directly with them. When in reality this machine comes with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. This guy was the worse, when I asked him what his name was he said Carlos Garcia (very common name) and right after he told me that, he said "if you want you can write it down." Then before he hang up he told me laughing : "Have an excellent day." So I am not gonna sweat with this company anymore, I will just throw their machine away in the garbage and go with a company that stands by their products.. WHAT A SHAME!!!!....
I've been trying to contact Power Juicer. They give no email address so you are forced into calling them. I've called them 4 times within 2 days and there is a 35-50 wait; they say to leave your number and someone WILL call back. Finally got a hold of an agent to be put on hold for 15 mins. I've been trying to send back the wrong part they sent me. Still do not have this resolved. Machine is worthless to me!

Hi - I just noticed the plastic shaft/chute that touches the blades has shredded partly into my juice - eek! Has anyone had the same problem? How do I avoid letting the plastic hit the blades? Thanks

Having trouble getting the filter off - seems to be frozen to the shaft at bottom center.
