Good masticating juicer, but leaves a ton of pulp

Joseph Dewey, Amazon
11 January 2015
  • Summary: This is a masticating juicer, and it works pretty well. The theory is that centrifugal juicers (the other kind) are better for hard things like carrots, and masticating juicers like this one are better for soft things like blueberries and strawberries.

Bummer. Difficulties with Hard & Fiberous Produce

CACurtis, Amazon
9 January 2015
  • Summary: As much as I wanted to love this juicer, I couldn’t... I have previously owned centrifugal juicers (grate and spin, rather than crush and churn) which worked wonders on carrots and beets (ie. hard veggies).

I really love my juicer

bamvl, Amazon
2 December 2014
  • Summary: I really love my juicer. I get a lot of juice along with some pulp, which I love. Some people complain of that very little pulp in the juice but quite frankly I bought it for that reason because you get the best of both worlds from a juice and smoothie.

A Gentle Juicer

Woodscribble, Amazon
9 November 2014
  • Summary: I am smitten with this gentle little juicer. It rewinds me of a little koala bear on my counter chomping on eucalyptus leaves, only this one chews up kale, apples, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, cranberries, ginger...so far everything I have fed it.

I love juicers

randomhouse, Viewpoints
30 September 2014
  • Excerpt: I love juicing and have tried almost every one known to man. I love the design of the Breville Fountain crush because of the standing upright position. Not only does it save space, but it looks so much better. I love the stainless steel design because it matches my kitchen.

Great for Beginners

Palmetto, Amazon
28 September 2014
  • Summary: The Breville Fountain Crush is my first juicer. While I cannot compare it to other juicers I can say I find it easy to use and clean. Making sure your fruits/veggies are cut into small chunks before starting the juicer really helps. I have run into tow issues, carrots and ginger.

6 months of use and good to go!

Christopher Lamitie, Amazon
15 July 2014
  • Summary: This is a good juicer. Not for a beginner, but for someone who is fairly serious about juicing and looking for a long term investment. I had a Hamilton Beach centrifugal juicer, used it for a year. It worked well enough if I drank the juice within 2 hours of juicing it.

Horrible model

Amazon Customer "venuj", Amazon
10 July 2014
  • Summary: Compared to my omega this is a joke. I'm visiting my mom for two months since I'm pregnant and have a toddler and need help. Well she has a great garden and I wanted to continue to juice slow so I bought one for her house. For some reason I bought this instead of the one I have at home.
