Works great and makes short work of all the vegetables I've ...

Jeanne Coyne, Amazon

  • Summary: Works great and makes short work of all the vegetables I've tried, from celery to beets. Clean up is no worse or better than any other juicer I've had. I soak the mesh in the mornings when I don't have time to clean up so that the pulp doesn't dry out and make clean up difficult.

Love Love Love this juicer!

bobfra, Amazon
8 July 2014
  • Summary: I absolutely LOVE my new juicer! My wife was hesitant spending more money on this variable speed, dual disk juicer over the the Breville Juice Fountain® Elite 800JEXL. She has become a believer! She loves the soft pulp disk as well as the variable speeds. The slower the speed, the more juice you extract, so we leave our juicer on the slow speed until it needs just a little more power to cut through firmer fruits and vegetables.

Deserves a permanent place on the kitchen countertop

Dr. Gleason, Amazon
19 April 2014
  • Summary: I did way too much homework and reviews before making this purchase but there had been zero regret after using this product for several months. You get what you pay for and I'm thrilled to have this in our house. My six year old daughter loves to assist in juicing and it has been fantastic for our family. Do yourself a favor and feel good about allowing this to keep a constant place on your kitchen countertop.

A near perfect Juicer...!

Abu Aishah, Amazon
2 April 2014
  • Summary: After several months of procrastination and against the advice of the woman of the house, I bought this product. The reason was to accrue some savings from spending arms and legs on carbonated (and sugared) "fresh fruit" juices. After reading several reviews my wife reluctantly gave in and we decided on buying the BJE820XL mainly because we could get two outputs (Juice and smoothies) from a single product.

Love this machine!

1 April 2014
  • Conclusion: "Awesome juicer! Plenty of horse power to power though anything. I like the variable speeds and the amount of juice it is able to extract. The pulp is quite dry, so I am very happy with the results. I don't think that I could deal with the speed of a slow juicer. I was able to find Kale still on the stalk at Target (of all places) which makes it much easier to put in the juicer. Very very happy with the results. I normally juice on low speed to get maximum juice.

Breville Juice Fountain Duo

TheChief, williams-sonoma.com
27 March 2014
  • Excerpt: This juicer is okay for hard veggies like carrots, sweet potatoes, and beets, but is totally unsuited for soft vegetables and fruits. The puree function is a joke in that very large chunks of fruit end up in the catch container. Also, the pulp is entirely too wet meaning that the juicer does not extract enough juice. In other words, in my opinion, it does not work as advertised except for hard vegetables.

  • Excerpt: Love this juicer with it's 5 speed to be able to juice any fruits & veggies, but also diverse enough to puree' them as well.

Wicked Cool!

JustaDude, Amazon
11 February 2014
  • Summary: Has worked perfectly right out of the box, no trauma no drama no nothing, easy to clean up, will handle lots of fruits and veggies, the only kicker is that sometimes I need to stop juicing to move the pulp that has built up in the ejection channel.
