Summary: Works as advertised. Initially had a hard time getting the Ipod to connect but once it started working all went fine. I suspect the connection between the Ipod and docking port was seating properly.
Summary: This system works great for our space. The quality of sound is better than expected, set up was easy and the size of the speakers and unit were smaller than expected and easy to find a hiding place for. The only downside is that it's not completely wireless - the speakers need and outlet to be plugged into - i was not expecting that - the product description should say that. Sometimes the connection is weak, so we had to try different locations for the main unit.
Summary: Okay, I admit it, I'm a gadget freak. You name the newest thing...and I have to go buy it. That said, I never thought I would want or need something like this. But the price was really good so I figured, "why not?" I'm glad I did! Set up for the units is kind of "plug and play", but I highly recommend that all you "I don't need to read the manual" people do so before you set up the unit...or you're gonna be very frustrated. I know, because I'm one of those people.
Summary: I got this item when they had " deal of the day " , overall, for about $ 200.00 , this is a good deal, the speakers are solid build, the sound is good and clear, but ofcourse do no compare it to BO_E, I have a small house ( around 1,600 sq ft. and so far I didn't experience any signal problem, one speaker is about 10 feet away, and the other one upstairs, ( about 20 feet away ), I would have given it 5 stars, if it had an option for 1 input ) to attach another music...
Summary: These speakers work well. Set up was a snap, quality is decent, and the distance I got was pretty good. I have to admit I was a little disappointed in the sound quality when I first set them up but the more I listened to them, the more I like them (these are not full size, room-filling, hard-core speakers after all). If you take them for what they are (small, wireless speakers that help you move your music to other rooms and outside) you won't be disappointed.
Summary: I wanted a desktop stereo with good sound that would play and charge my iPhone, and found this previously more expensive unit for $165, which was able to fit that and also offer two good wireless speakers so you can fill a lot more space if you want. You can also have the speakers in two different rooms than either themselves or the main unit, good for entertaining.
Summary: I have been using the Sony S-Airplay for several weeks now and find it to be a very good solution for integrating my sound system around the iPod/Phone. It was very easy to set up, just plug and play for me. Remote units work well all over house and into garage. There are just a few things I wish Sony had done: 1. Most frustrating is the AM/FM tuner section does not output thru the rear audio out jacks on the base unit.
Summary: I bought this mostly for the wireless speaker feature. I plan on getting additional speakers and to eventually add a Sony home theater with the S-Air I find turning it on is difficult - but once I figure it out it is great!!! It is probably the fault of the ipod - I have difficulty using it on other ipod players I wanted to buy additional speakers but they are not on sale at the moment - as soon as Amazon offers them on sale I plan on buying
Summary: I got this a couple weeks ago and i just set it up today with my brother. He is the electronics expert in the family. the sound is great, not BOSE or Boston Acustic great, but Sony great. Of course you are playing MP3s and you lose some quality on that. set up was easy, i have NO idea why i was afraid to try it out on my own and not have my brother come over, but i need to boost his confidence every once in a while too.
