Bought two speaker systems stopped working after 10 months

Summary: The speakers have great sound, but sometimes unreliable network connection. A couple weeks ago one speaker got hot and stopped working with a red blinking light. The electronics are pretty unreliable.
Summary: These speakers sound GREAT! Unfortunately, you purchase airplay speakers for great quality AND connectivity. One without the other is Cadillac with no wheels--comfortable but useless. First problem I encountered: You can't use special characters in your WPA2 password. So if you are a believer in strong passwords, you may have to lower your standards. Why the restriction? Who knows. How did I find out?
Summary: I received mine shipped in its original packaging which didn't fair well. The biggest problem was one of the tweeters did not worked. So back to Amazon it went. I managed to give it a listen and here is my review... albeit with only one tweeter working. - it is a great looking speaker and very well built. The stainless steel and wood work are excellent. - The air play drops its connection fairly regularly. - Being airplay etc.
Summary: I have had these speakers since Jan 2013 and over the Christmas period they develop a fault that has stopped them working both through airplay and cabled attachment. The 'Red Light' error costs £128 to repair through their service 3rd party company and as many others have stated is not a permanent fix to the fix.
Summary: Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation sans problème avec un son splendide, la lumière s'est mise à clignoter en rouge sans plus accepter de reset ni de liaison Airplay. L'entrée line est elle aussi inaccessible. Le desig et le son sont excellents, quand on arrive à y brancher une source par câble ou airplay. Finalement plus de frustration que de plaisir.
