Summary: This speaker drops the wifi connection every time a device disconnects. If you want to use 2 or more sound sources, be prepared to unplug the speaker and wait the 2 minutes for it to reconnect to wifi. NOT Recommended.
Summary: the device worked great for about a year. a few accidental sound interruptions, but overall the quality is good. exactly 2 months after the purchase it stopped working. I called Philips on the number indicated on their website in the product section, which turned out to be wrong.
Cannot hold a Wifi signal at all, music cuts out constantly; Philips is unresponsive despite the warranty

Summary: I bought two Fidelio SoundCurves. When they work, they sound good for such a small device. The problem is, they almost never work. What I mean is, they lose the wifi connection and it is difficult to re-establish it. When I play music, it stutters, drops out, etc.
Summary: Well, its been a year of fighting with this thing and I have thrown in the towel. The unit sounds great when i have it hard wired to my laptop, but it never really worked well with Airplay. I broke down and bought a Sonos setup today and am going to sell this at a loss. Oh well.
Edited review: WIFI drops too often. Throwing unit out the window.

Summary: Original review: I'm not an audiophile by any means, so take this review for what it's worth, but I purchased this model because I wanted a small/medium size speaker unit with built-in AirPlay and I had mid-range expectations for how it would sound.
Summary: The philips fidelio ds8800w/10 has a good sound and look, but i'm afraid has some very severe connection problems. When new and out of the box it connected to my orange livebox easily but would keep dropping out. Which was very annoying.
