Summary: This speaker drops the wifi connection every time a device disconnects. If you want to use 2 or more sound sources, be prepared to unplug the speaker and wait the 2 minutes for it to reconnect to wifi. NOT Recommended.
Summary: The unit produces full sound for a room and adjacent rooms (if you so wish by turning up the volume). As a former audiophile, but no longer, this is a very happy budget solution for me, and both the wife and children like it.
Summary: the device worked great for about a year. a few accidental sound interruptions, but overall the quality is good. exactly 2 months after the purchase it stopped working. I called Philips on the number indicated on their website in the product section, which turned out to be wrong.
Summary: I cant really say these are my favorites. I will say they will do......for now. I chose the speakers because they are airplay compatible. ( FYI airplay is music only). I kept the speakers because they are aesthetically acceptable to my spouse to be showcased in the media room.
Summary: I have been running this speaker in my office for almost a year now and, like others who have posted here, was experiencing annoying dropouts and disconnections that would require cycling the power to the speaker in order to reestablish connection.
Summary: This speaker performs very well. I use it for background music in my office. If you are not setting it using an iPhone, the setup instructions are a bit inadequate. I had to download the full instruction manual before I figure out I had to tell my computer to join the network that was the speaker...
Summary: The sound quality from this unit was surprisingly loud; we don't often turn it up past 25%. It's a relatively flat sound, but the bass is decent for its size. Highs are not incredibly crisp, but it's still a great sound for 95% of listeners.
