Summary: I bought this docking speaker for the sole purpose of using it with my Ipad 2, for charging and playing music. The speak was a good price and I do like Philips products. The sound that comes out of it is great. In fact what I did not realise at the time is that you could use it via Bluetooth.

Summary: Utterly unable to connect ipad or ipod to this device. The connector is sprung, and so you need to lift it forward to connect, at which point your finger is in the way, and so ipad/ipod will not connect. Very frustrating, and completely useless.
