Summary: Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the sound and quality of this speaker system. My main reasons for buying it, is that it's a bit more portable that other ipod docking speakers and unlike a lot of other ipod docks, it runs on aa batteries, not an internal rechargeable battery that's going to lose it's portability once it will no longer hold a charge.
Summary: I do enjoy the output on this dock and the fact that you can battery operate it AND plug n an auxiliary device. My only complaint is plugging in the iPhone4 with an otterbox cover....doesn't work. Such a pain to take off and put on. Was planning on getting a new cover anyway, but for those who don't, its the price you pay. Still satisfied.
Summary: Great product for the price. Small speaker that produces decent quality sound and volume. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a ipod dock for a small to medium size room. Great for the kitchen or a home office. Sound is clear on all volumes and types of music or books. I have an ipod nano and it docks great on it.
Summary: We purchased this unit for the baby's room to be used as a playtime song station as well as white noise during sleeptime. The unit is excellent for both uses as it's innovative shape takes up little space and the simple interface (power and volume controls) make it ideal for our basic needs. The sound is very good for kids playlists - not sure how well it would do with more sophisticated sounds.
Summary: love the size, design and sound and the fun app that comes along when you plug in the phone...the only complaint I have is that there is no remote, that is very nitpicky but other than that I love this product!
Summary: This speaker has really nice sound for its size. It's not Bose quality, but it's not Bose expensive price either. It is a very attractive and compact design for just about anywhere in the house. The only reason I rate it a 4-star is that the connector seems to lean towards the back just enough that you have to lean it forward to dock an ipod. I was afraid I was going to break it, so just be careful when docking. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend it.
Summary: I was hoping in finding a speaker that is compatible with my nano 6th generation ipod shuffle and this one is. it not only plays the music but charges it at the same time. delivery was on time and the speaker just is ideal for anything, it can use batteries, ac adapter, usb, headphone, it does it all.
Summary: I picked this dock up after fiddling with it at Wally World. You do NOT have to remove your iPhone 4 from the Otterbox Defender case in order for it to charge and play in this dock! The sound quality is just "ok." I have it on my bedside table to charge my phone over night, as well as listening to my playlists as I sleep. It does this just fine. It doesn't take up much room, and the controls are quite easy to find and use.
Summary: I got this for my dorm room and its perfect. I use it with my iPhone 4 and it charges it, works with the case on (I have the snap incase). It is completely shielded so there isn't interference from my phone signal. Also my phone works normally when plugged in - my alarm works and I receive emails, texts and calls. The speakers go loud enough to annoy my neighbors and the sound quality is good.
Summary: As with many people, I was disappointed with the available SMS ring tones on the 3Gs. I was further disappointed when I learned the new ring tones included with the iOS 4.2.1 upgrade were NOT available for phones prior to the 4. I needed to find a way of amplifying the audio from the ring tones enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I occasionally get paged for work and the default volume levels were insufficient to wake me when I received an SMS message.
