Summary: So far this portable radio is great! Granted, I have only had it for 2 weeks but it works great. The USB is so easy to use, radio works well and iPods's work just as well. This is a portable radio so loud music doesn't exactly sound great but that is what big stereos are for...
Summary: This little palyer will play any of the ipod/iphone configurations and does a pretty good job of it. The sound quality is not great but it is very good for a portable device that costs less than $40. I am very pleased with it and use it almost every time I am outside for grilling or just sitting around. I highly recomend this product.
Summary: Love this little guy. Plenty loud enough for an outdoor party and it doesn't suck down the battery too fast. I wish it came with more options for iPod hookups, as it looks a little silly with my girlfriends iPod nano in there, but it still works just fine that way.
Summary: Sound is somewhat better then the other docks I've used. Really would benefit from a remote and integration with the ipod's alarm. Unsurprisingly the usb feature would play mp3 but not ogg or m4a. Charges my ipod touch g2 with no problem.
Summary: The good- Plays mp3 and WMA using a thumb drive. Obviously, IPod support and an auxiliary analog in for non-IPods is also supported. Digital controls for volume and such are a welcomed addition to a boom box class music playing device. The IPod adapter swings out like a cassette loader, complete with air-pot which is a nice touch. AC or battery operation makes this device totally portable. Last sound is acceptable.
Pros: Plays mp3 and WMA using a thumb drive. IPod support and an auxiliary analog in for non-IPods is also supported. Digital controls for volume. AC or battery operation makes this device totally portable. Sound is good.
Cons: The round styling of display and play controls does not convey with the overall design. Display limited to 4 characters and 5 icons. No blank panel for IPod dock. Battery life only 5 hours. Controls allow dirt and sand to compromise controls.
Summary: The stereo was as described. It sounds pretty good. I wish it had a remote control and maybe went a little highter in volume, but overall it worked at the pool and other random outings. I am generally pleased with the stereo.
Summary: I just got this stereo for my 4th generation nano. I was worried it wouldn't work with it, but it does, and charges it as well. I like how portable it is, and that it has a radio. Overall I really like it. The only negative I can see so far is that it doesn't look as cool with the nano docked as it does with a larger unit.
