Summary: Pros: It's easy to pair your device to the speaker with bluetooth It's adjustable, so you can center and fit different micro usb devices on the dock. Cons: The speaker is subpar. I had a different speaker (for an iPod) made by Philips. It was a much better quality, with much better bass. The "buttons" light up (power, bluetooth, + and - volume control.
IBuyers Beware!!! tem was ok but didn't work for what we needed.

Summary: Buyers beware!!!!!!!!! I was very disappointed that I returned it immediately and they charged a 20% restocking fee. Which I think is absurd. I will never purchase from them again. It was in the fine print that they do this on all returns. Which really no major stores do. I think my husband opened the bos read the paper work and never took item out of the box. That cost me $20. That is ridiculous!
Summary: The speakers put out really good sound FOR WHAT IT IS, and I've really enjoyed what it has added to my listening. BUT!!! I also bought this system in order to act as a charging station, and for that it is inadequate in the least. Yes, it will charge it, and it does so in a slow trickle charge kind of way. The thing that is my greatest complaint, is the wrestling match that I must go through each and EVERY time I connect my Android to it.
Summary: No question that this is a nice little set of speakers for those without a larger music system. It's probably ideal for your first stereo, now that you've graduated to being a teenager--because this is essentially a variation of the old boom box. It provides adequate sound quality for today's younger generation, though listeners with more discriminating ears will find the dynamic range of the speakers to be a bit on the low side.
Summary: I used to have an iPod, and used the Logitech S715i Rechargeable Speaker for iPod and iPhone with that... which I found to be an AMAZING unit with great battery life, portability, and truly superb acoustics. So when I got an Android smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch for Sprint), it was a bit disappointing when I realized I could no longer 'dock' my device on that speaker, instead having to use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect it to the back.
Summary: If this sold for $50, I'd give it 5 stars. $80, 4 stars. At $130 though, I was expecting better sound quality. It sounds great at low indoor levels, but once you start cranking it up a bit the lows and highs are lacking. I do like that I can take this with me anywhere (beach, camping, etc.), and that it uses AA batteries instead of a built-in or proprietary rechargeable battery.
