Excerpt: Most important thing for me was nice looking docking station with speakers, to charge my phone and use it as radio. Shame Philips application is so bad, and I couldn't get other alarm applications to work through speaker. But radio and music player works flawlessly. Sound quality is surprisingly...
Excerpt: We were after a dock for our Android handsets and opted for the Fidelio AS111 which is the lowest priced Fidelio dock on offer. The unit is compact with a built in digital clock which syncs with your Android handset when connected by Bluetooth. Firmware updates for the dock are handled through...
Summary: And no, this is not about sound. Sound is great, look is great, and even way you are docking your phone is not so bad. But to set time you need to install one of the stupidest applications I ever see. And Philips is not doing anything about it. Thanks gods you need it only when you are removing power from it.
Summary: I was sent an email from Amazon for products which I might be interested in- I had looked for a docking station/speaker system for my Samsung Galaxy S111. The email stated a Phillips set up which looked like what I was after at a good price-- £45.99. I clicked on this and was taken to Amazon website which stated that the price was £67!! I cant see it at the lower price and Im not going to pay the higher price, having been lured in with a reduced price.
Summary: In your description it says "Simply connect your Android phone and the Fidelio docking speaker will automatically synchronise its clock's time with your phone's." but in the image the phones time is set to 2:30 while the device time is 6:59. Probably an oversight but the phone looks like it's connected and it's not sync'd timewise. Consider updating the photo?
Docking element packed up after less than 2 months

Summary: The system was brilliant until it worked, really loved the ability to dock, recharge and listen to my music at the same time in a stylish layout that was blending perfectly with my living room, but the docking element ceased to work completely after not even 2 months from purchase. Now I am seeking replacement. Hopefully it will be a painless experience and the second one will work longer.
Summary: Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this device if they want to use it as a music alarm. The Philips Fidelio App simply doesn't work when you want to wake up to a music file stored on your phone. The sound of the device for simply listening to your music is quite good considering the 4W output and the charger works well but until Philips do and update with the bug fixes I would wait till something better becomes available.
