Summary: For the second time I am changing this review and changing my rating. I had earlier downgraded it from 4 stars to one star because suddenly I was unable to pair it with my IPhone 4, when previously it had worked beautifully. After looking and looking and searching some more on the internet, I finally discovered the problem, which seems to be a common one with many people.
Summary: My daughter just got this and a new itouch. The new itouch won't play on these speakers. I just verified this with Logitech support - unsported with new itouch. My son's old itouch works fine this. I wish I had been notified before I bought it for her.
Summary: Product sounds great as long connected to power supply. Using with build in batteries changes sound in a way listening to a transistor radio. I am normally listening with power connected but for my next party on the back porch I need definitely an extension cord.
Summary: First, let me say the S715i sounds great. For sound quality it's hard to beat for the price. Unfortunately from there it starts to show it's shortcomings. Logitech could have had a home run had they not dropped the ball on a couple of key features: 1.)The battery life is not great and could have been much better. (Not an issue if you use AC all the time.) 2.)The remote is truly lacking and should control the iPod.
