Summary: Love it to death! this is the best sounding bluetooth speaker I've ever heard. I think 5 of my friends have purchased this after listening to mine. con: no battery display?!? so, who knows when it will die off?!?
Flexible speaker system and everything I was hoping for.

Summary: I am very pleased with this small boomboox. The battery on it lasts as long as I have needed it. I have taken it to parks, beaches, pools, and I use it often when doing yard or garage work as well. When the battery is starting to hit rock bottom the volume drops a little which prompts me to plug it in. Changing from battery to plugged in mode has zero interruption to the sound delivery which is nice. The sound on this is really good but can be finicky on placement.
Summary: I have tried many wired and Bluetooth devices and nothing comes close to this for depth of sound. I love it. It's solid and perfectly sized to be a substantial unit but still easily portable. I knew it was going to be good because I've been exposed to my brother in laws identical unit for a year, yet when I turned mine on for the first time I was still blown away. This will be perfect for camping, backyard parties, and all around listening.
Summary: I love this speaker! My kids got it for me for fathers day and now they want to use it all the time. Sound is clear and I really like the simple design. I wish it had the capability to answer my phone though since I mostly bluetooth music from my cell phone. It'll ring but you can't use it to answer like a speaker phone. The best thing about this is the kick ass bass sounds coming from a little box. The worst thing is that you can't turn the bass down.
Summary: So far I love it. Use it mostly for the backyard during bbqs and when going swimming. The volume will get lower and lower when it gets close to dying. I got a little over 2 days worth of pool parties from one charge. The range is pretty good, really no need to go more then 50 feet from the speaker. Bass is pretty low. For the price theres nothing better. After I bought it the wife said she was going to buy me the bose one as a gift.
Summary: Like other people, I've had several portable speaker systems, the last 3 being blue-tooth enabled, but others have been airplay, or before that, "dock / cable" based, way back to the original bose systems that used to be so popular. Of all of them, across the board, this one is the best for all kinds of reasons. We have 2 other bluetooth systems that we use around the house, and between everyone in the family, 6 potential devices that we'd play music from.
Great device. Had it over a year. Given the option, id go for the super compact Bose one now.

Summary: I like it. Downside is the fact it stays on untill you phisically turn it off. What happens in practice? Your in the yard listening to music from you iPhone. The music stops, you forget about the boombox, and later when you want to use it, the battery is dead, because it was never switched off. I recently had a friend over who bought the super small Bose, which cost about the same.
Summary: The Boombox is well-built and easy to use. It's unusual to see a speaker of this size have solid bass response, especially when outside, but this one does. However, it's SO strong on the bass that it can be overpowering and crowd out some of the mids/highs when playing indoors. An EQ on your phone or other playback device helps greatly. It's definitely not a balanced sound, but it does sound good and our family uses it daily.
