Logitech UE Mobile Boombox Bluetooth speakers Review
30 September 2013
Summary: For Rs. 8995, the Logitech UE Mobile Boombox is a neat little Bluetooth speaker, but it is as barebones as they come. There is no audio-in port, no playback controls, no ability to control your phone and there is nothing in the box to help you fasten the Boombox to your car's dash. Yet, this little guy does have some redeeming qualities.
Pros: Quality rubberized finish, Good battery life, incredibly compact and light
Cons: No playback controls, Audio-out port is a little redundant, Not suitable for large rooms
Excerpt: The mobile Bluetooth boombox product category is really popular as of late. I totally understand why. How awesome is it to be able to bring a small, portable device with you and get some great sound out of it to listen to some of your favorite tunes. No doubt the Jawbone Jambox is the king of this product category, but it is a bit pricy, and there is a ton of competition out there. Let take a look at what Logitech has to offer.
Conclusion: What can I say? Logitech UE, you’ve produce another top notch piece of hardware that sits proudly on top of my portable audio hardware list. It’s not cheap at $250, but you’ll be incredibly happy with your purchase and the never look back. You can find out more information on the Logitech UE Boombox and its smaller brother, the Logitech UE Mobile Boombox on the Logitech UE website .
Logitech UE Mobile Boombox Bluetooth Speaker Review
21 March 2013
Conclusion: For its size and price range, this is one of the best mobile speakers I’ve used. Yes, there are bigger ones that produce better sound and deeper bass, but nothing as small as the Logitech UE Mobile Boombox. I’m going to have to give this a big thumbs up and a 5 out of 5 rating. It’s priced great, sounds awesome for its size and feels like it’s going to last a long time. Awesome Job Logitech UE. Want more information?
Logitech UE Mobile Boombox: Tiny speaker gets an upgrade
11 March 2013
Summary: The Logitech UE Mobile Boombox sports an improved design and slightly better sound than last year's Mini Boombox -- for the same price.
Pros: The Logitech UE Mobile Boombox is a very compact Bluetooth speaker that has a built-in rechargeable battery, speakerphone capabilities, a line input, and ruggedized design. It sounds good for its tiny size.
Cons: The Mobile Boombox just can't produce a ton of bass.
Summary: Logitech wins again with the Wireless Boombox for iPad, delivering a speaker that sounds great and won't empty your wallet. We recommend it for stationary indoor and outdoor use, but portable music lovers should keep shopping.
Pros: Powered by eight drivers, the Logitech Wireless Boombox for iPad uses Bluetooth connectivity to play music wirelessly from Bluetooth devices, including the iPad and other tablets.
Cons: Its bulky stature is best for stationary use, and competitive models offer slightly diminished sonic quality in a much smaller candy-bar design.
Excerpt: Logitech have being offering great multimedia gear for many years now, but most recently we have seen the Ultimate Ears range of audio products. If you recall we took a look at some of the more modestly priced earphones from this range some time ago with good results. Today we have a slightly different offering from the UE line up which comes in the shape of a pretty cool looking silver Boombox.
Excerpt: There's a new portable wireless speaker in the neighborhood. Until the next best thing soon follows that is. Back when Logitech released its Mini Boombox and then quickly dusting it under the carpet, the small and glossy speaker had its fair share of issues on all fronts. Back from the dead and sporting a much needed redesign from the inside out, meet Logitech UE 's new Turbo Bass button-less Mobile Boombox .
