Great product, highly recommended

Summary: Whenever I am in the market for electronics I tend to read at least 50 reviews before buying something (I tend to go a little overboard). I had been looking for an iPod dock for quite some time and previously settled on a cheap external speaker that crapped out after about a week. After doing some research I found that this particular system was in my price range and had mostly favorable reviews. As soon as I turned it on I knew I would be happy with my purchase.
Summary: I wanted this because I'm an artist and I listen to my iPod while working. However, I wanted something where I didn't have to have ear buds in to hear it. This serves that purpose just fine. It's small and portable and does not take up much space. My experience is that the batter life is fine for me. My biggest complaint is sound quality. I expected better. In hind sight I probably would have spent a little more money for JBL or Klipsch.
Summary: After months of searching for the most suitable portable speakers, I finally decided on this one. I had my eye on the Logitech s715i, but it was out of my price range. By choosing the s315i, I knew I would be giving up certain features the higher priced speakers have. Such as, remote control, protective case, alarm clock, and possibly sound quality. I have to say, I am very glad I chose this speaker dock. I love the sleek look of it and that it is all black.
Summary: I bought this docking station for my office. It does the job -- I get a decent sound system for my iPod that stays out of the way on my desk. The sound quality isn't the greatest, but I wasn't expecting a Bose-type experience so that doesn't both me so much. The speakers are surprisingly powerful and can reach high volumes without much distortion. For the $50 I paid for this docking station (it was on sale at the time), it was well worth it.
Summary: Bought this for my kitchen to go with my IPOD Nano 6th Generation. It was one of the only speakers that seemed compatible. The sound is great even when you turn it up loud. My only complaint is you can't play the radio on the IPOD.. but this is no fault of Logitech. It's more or less an Apple issue.
Summary: I really enjoy putting this set of speakers in my 10L backpack for pool / beach excursions. They really add to the mood and pump out some great sound for a battery powered set. The only unexpected shortcoming that I've noticed is the fact that they do not put out as high of a volume when using the "Aux In" as opposed to the iPod dock. In all reality, this is a minor issue.
Summary: I have purchased many logitech products in the past and they have all been winners...this portable speaker is no exception...i keep it in the trunk of my car with the sound cord left in....then i attached a lanyard thru the opening this allows me to deftly retrieve it and immediately plug it into my mp3 player and or ipod or iphone...the sound is deep and rich with easy to operate vol and on off buttons ....all in all this is a great value for the buck....buy it.
Summary: I am very pleased with overall quality of the rechargable speakers and the quality of the sound! The range of sound quality is good in the upper/ midrange/ and lower-bass range of sound. Battery life is good and the flexibility of use due to the size is fantastic!
Summary: Bought this as an Amazon 'Gold Box' special ... most of the iPhone speaker system I looked at have a clock/alarm built in, which is not needed when you have the App 'Nightstand' or something similar. I also didn't want to spend close to $100 ... so for the $50 it cost, I'm happy with this product as a clock radio replacement, also the portability with the internal rechargeable batteries is a nice feature, it'll will give me a break from always having my earbuds in, but...
