The nice looks don't match the sound quality.

Summary: I'm pretty happy with this purchase considering that it was cheap and a good way to keep my iPod charged, however there are a few weaknesses. If you're an audiophile don't even consider it, the sound is ok but nothing to write home about, it lacks both bass and treble response, however you have to...
Summary: I got this to not only have an iPod dock but to play my music wherever I needed it. I also like the alarm clock feature, but I normally use my phone too so it wasn't life changing. Pros: I like the sound quality. Overall, it gets loud and doesn't lose the music while doing so.
Summary: I can't remember if I reviewed this when I bought it a while back, but after using it in our large kitchen/dining/living room for a year and a half, I thought I'd add my 2 cents worth. One VERY negative point was the remote. It worked sporadically, if I was right in front of it and about 3-4 ft.
Summary: For its price, this is a good unit and has much better sound quality than other "budget" desk speaker systems. If you're looking for a small, inexpensive, but still nice-sounding unit, this is a good choice.
Pros: 1. Small, simple design 2. Very easy to use and set up 3. Inexpensive but performs as well as $120 units
Cons: 1. My iPhone 3G doesn't always recognize the device, so sometimes I have to unplug/replug it once to get it to play through the unit. 2. No headphone jack (unit sits on my desk, and I'd like to have my big headphones plugged into this to use when the phone is docked) 3. Would prefer an RF remote ...
Summary: Buy this as a docking station, but not as an alarm.
Pros: Great sound.
Cons: Primary function is an iPod docking station. Secondary function is an alarm clock. The ad is misleading when it says it can "wake you up with your favorite music". There is only one setting for the alarm clock, and that is a standard alarm clock beep with no snooze function.
Summary: I'm starting my second RMA to try this a third time. I've checked the remote and can verify that in both cases the remote *is* sending a signal, but no response from either player. I insured that the IR receiver was unobstructed, tried cycling power, tried all remote functions, but no luck.

Summary: The Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus is a good basic unit for those who want a speaker dock for their iPod or iPhone. The main positives of the unit are its compact size and clear sound. The omni-directional speaker design is well equipped to fill a small room.
Summary: I received this nice little alarm clock and once it was setup I soon noticed that is was losing time really bad. For every 5 minutes that went by it would lose 2 minutes. I called Logitech support and they had me reset it but did not help.
