Summary: We were hoping this model would not have the same "congenital" defect as other Logitech models, but it does. I was playing my iPod 2nd generation, and the player stopped in the middle of a song. No reason. We had no trouble with my husband's 3rd generation iPod, but it only played my 4th generation iPod intermittently, and I know it's not the fault of my iPod because it will play on other speaker docks. Disappointing.
Summary: This product was defective when I received it. It was missing the necessary ipod docking piece and the remote did not work. I sent it back immediately. Now, over 2 months later, I have not been reimbursed for the product.
Summary: i loved this system for the first week i had it. but shortly after it simply stopped producing any sound. power was working properly, just no sound from the ipod or alarm. the alarm would also decide on its own which days i should be on time for work. the batteries never worked for me. the sound would simply stop when the system was unplugged. no customer support whatsoever and ended up just getting a refund.
Summary: I've bought this item together with an iPod Touch on the specific recommendation of Amazon under the heading "Items Frequently Bought Together". Try as we might, we can't get the iPod Touch to play through the unit. It does charge, so there is obviously some connection there but no sound!
Summary: I spent so long researching a docking station - guess it's a bloke thing! I wanted half decent sound and something that I could have in the bathroom running on batteries - and then move outside etc as desired. Eventually I bought this device - Wish I'd taken the other 1 star reviews seriously. Nice enough sound - though starts to distort pretty early on on the volume scale which is never a good sign. Ran it two days, each morning it was dead and needed new batteries.
