Best little stereo I have owned
7 October 2013
Summary: I tested several stereos in the store before I bought this one. It sounded the best by far. I have been using it for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier. The sound is great, and it doesn't distort at high volume. I use it in my home office, and I also take it on trips with me (to hotels, etc). The sound is just amazing for such a small stereo.
Summary: Bought for my 17 year old son. Very quick & easy to set up with the wi-fi. Plays in seconds from Ipad, Ipad mini, Ipod touch & even desktop. Most importantly it sounds great. Was a little worried prior to purchase about a drop in sound quality (clarity) when listening wirelessly (undocked) - I needn't have been, It sounds ace.
Summary: For £100 its superb, good sound quality easy set up, great functionality. I'm a huge fan of airplay being able to send your music to the speaker wirelessly is fantastic. If your considering any speaker for your ios device than I'd advise you to try this. If you aren't on ios than still great quality speaker but I'm sure there are great alternatives that might us you better.
Summary: I've always been a huge fan of Logitech. I've bought their mice, keyboards and various other peripherals for many years now, and their attention to detail and quality of design and construction has always been excellent. Their UE Air Speaker is a revelation if you need high-quality, wireless, semi-portable audio. It's compact, good to look at, and delivers superb audio quality for it's size. It is not audiophile quality, but nothing in a case this size possibly could be.
Summary: Having brought one of these before xmas I have returned and brought a second for the kitchen. For around £100, there is nothing that compares in my opinion. They look sleek, the sound is excellent, the set up is easy and intuitive - they just work. Only downside I have come across is that it has some issues with the WIFI signal when the mircowave is on - but have researched it, WIFI and microwaves don't get on so it's not the devices fault at all. Unsure? Buy it.
Summary: The only drawback is that our daughter's ancient ipod will need to be replaced in order to be compatible - really, really pleased with the quality of the sound though, both at low and high registers. Looks very good too.
