Summary: Caution, not all Apple devices are supported. It does not work with the iPhone 3G. Other than that, the sound is wonderful. I'm returning it and buying the Amazon Editor's Choice, Altec Lansing T612 Digital Speaker for iPod and iPhone.
Does not charge the Ipod Touch 2g or New Nano 4g!!

Summary: I purchased this unit because of the great reviews that it has. I did like the sound, my issue was that when I docked my Ipod Touch 2g there was an immediate message on the ipod that said charging is not compatible with this accessory. I immediately went to the Amazon site and reread the listing. Keep in mind that I researched this and other comparable systems for about a week before I purchased.
Summary: Although I was really impressed with the sound quality I was forced to return the product as it IS NOT compatible with the new I pod Nano's (4G). It will play music but will not charge your ipod as evidenced by a message promptly displayed on your ipod screen once connected to the station. A down side of technology I guess as I have yet to find a comparible machine when it comes to quality of sound.
Summary: I had purchased the Altec Lansing inMotion iM5 from Amazon for $50 a while back but between the intermittent popping sound between tracks and tinny sound, I decided to get another dock/speakers and chose the Klipsch iGroove SXT based on Klipsch's reputation and the unit's reviews on Amazon. The iGroove SXT sounds much more warm and deep but lacks highs but it's still an improvement over the iM5.
Very impressive product let down by remote control unit and Amazon Customer Service

Summary: I had been considering a Bose system for my iPod Classic 160GB and listened to them in shop. However I came across the great reviews for this product and decided at the price to opt for this instead. The sound for an item this size is truly magnificent - however this can not be considered as a replacement for a full stereo system. The remote that comes with the system is fairly basic (Power on, play/pause, mute, vol +/-, track forward/back and fast forward/back).
Summary: The first Remote was faulty Klipsch sent out a new one that worked as expected, BUT: The remote does not have the following buttons: - Menu button - Up/Down navigation buttons - Select or Enter (Carriage Return) button that can be used with the ipod nano 16Gb that I have also recently purchased. I also purchased a JBL On Stage IIIP Portable Loudspeaker Dock that does have these buttons and is a much more usable product.
