Summary: Within a day of my starting to use the equipment the remote control failed. I packed it up and sent it to Klipsch UK with a clear covering letter. One month later I had heard nothing from them so I wrote again. Nothing! I then posted my complaint on Twitter and within a day Klipsch in the US responded to me - initially by Twitter and then by Email. They contacted their UK agents on my behalf and a week later a new remote arrived.
Summary: I purchased this product only to find my I-pod touch 4G doesn't work!! So ALL NEW I-PODS IS WRONG!! a fact Amazon have yet to deal with satisfactorily. Otherwise product sound quality is fine. You just need an older I-POD ie <2G!
