Greatest, most powerful sound for an iPod speaker system

Summary: A few years back, I was looking for an ipod-compatible sound system powerful enough to fill a space large enough for a medium-sized (50+) dancing party (4+ hours of continuous music). Connecting the iPod to my regular sound system was just clunky, and I really wanted an all-in-one solution. I initially tried the iPod Hi-Fi, which, despite a decent sound quality, simply didn't have the raw power I was in need of.
Summary: I purchased my GenevaSound XL three and a half years ago, and set it up in my basement, in front of an elliptical machine. I thought that it would be perfect for listening to iPod music while I ellipted. And so it has been. The sound has great clarity and presence, even at high volume.
Summary: I've owned my GeneveLabs XL in Black for 3 years now. At the time, I thought it was an incredible sum of money and couldn't believe I was shelling it out, but I'd read the reviews in the Audio magazines and they were glowing so I took the plunge. I've never looked back. I love my XL! The sound quality is absolutly stellar with deep lows and crystal highs. There is never any distortion and the virtual surround blows me away all the time.
Summary: I've had my GenevaSound XL about a month now and I've never once regretted plopping down two grand for this ultimate iPod accessory. I first tried a Bose 321 system and sent it back due to a lack of base response. After receiving the Geneva, I never looked back. This little gem will ROCK! We have dubbed it the "Thunder Box" , and all my neighbors agree.
Reference quality sound in one beautiful box. Just plug and play.

Summary: I have bought many products through Amazon and yet this is the first time I have felt the urge to leave a review. If you are looking for natural studio reference quality sound reproduction with style and simplicity, you have now found it. True stereo sound from one beautifully designed enclosure and no wires! One remote control handles all functions. This unit plays CDs, I-Pods and I-Phones and will accept connection to all other manner of inputs.
Summary: OK, I'll admit my wife was not ecstatic when my sixteen-year-old son and I appeared at the door with this amazing stereo. We spoke quality, she saw red. We spoke piece of art, she saw red. We spoke sound, she saw red. When she heard it play she admitted it was the best stereo system we had ever owned, but ... "did it have to be red?" Our answer, "yes." This color announces that there is something special in the room and I can assure you that the Geneva XL gets noticed.
Summary: Nice speaker. Terrible service. The metal connector on the top off the speaker in the dock snapped off mine. Emailed customer service to inquire about repair. No response. Emailed again. Finally a month later, they responded and said the part was out of stock indefinitely & they'd let me know when the part was back in stock. So I called, same story except this time they actually said "just go buy a cable and connect it to the bottom.
Summary: I bought my "cube" a few years ago and I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, stylish and more importantly has amazing sound. Over the years, people have remarked and looked at my "furniture" and are absolutely stunned that its a fully-functioning stereo. While I'm not an audiophile per se, I read a lot of reviews on the Geneva sound system beforehand, and what I loved about it was that Geneva married sound with aesthetics.
Summary: I bought this unit in Canada in 2006 for $1000-ah inflation! I have to say the sound quality is stunning and the Ipod playback is amazing sound quality for movies is also good although limited by the stereo in put as oppossed to a scarp plug- I don't know if this has been changed in later models.
