Customer service is terrible. They are outsourced

Summary: I'm fitness instructor, so I needed portable speakers to take with me for my private classes. I order two lansing speakers. Both of them I hardly had much than over a year, and they totally conked out on me. I primarily plugged them in an outlet for use.
Summary: I had this unit for at least 5 yrs now. And it still works works and it's fully functional. For it's size, it put's out audiophile quality sound with the 7 band fully adjustable eq. It also, has an adjustable bass and treble control. As well a 4 preset setting on the eq.
Yes, its awesome sound and feature, Yes the AC port will break; anyone know how to fix it?

Summary: I Would have to agree with most everyone on here; the sound of the iMT800 is exceptional, with deep bass, well defined mid range, and just enough high treble to keep those cymbals tight without the annoying scratchy distraction. And it plays exceptionally loud with almost no distortion.
Summary: MUST READ...the AC power stops working withing 24-30 months or much less. Had unit for approximately 30 months, AC just suddenly stopped. Theres a guy on here who says internally the piece soldered cracks. Will work with D batteries, but last very little and are $$$. Would be 5 STARS otherwise.

Summary: Light and portable. The sound is fantastic. The bass is remarkable and impressive. This thing rivals any and all of it's competition. Even out shines some larger component systems. Best iPhone / iPod boom box for the bucks.
