  • Summary: I dont know why people are saying this dock doesent work with the ipod touch 3rd gerneration it works fine with mine. The sound is great for its size and the recheargeable battery makes it perfect. I was surprised how loud it sounded when i crancked it all the way up.

  • Summary: I bought these speakers to replace my old Altec Lansing speakers that I had for my old iPod. When I got the iPod Touch I wanted to make sure the connector size was right, and I just wanted to upgrade anyway. I am really glad I stuck with Altec Lansing.

Excellent!

  • Summary: 1) Works with 5th Generation Nano (see my pictures). Just remember the insert that came with it. Not that it won't work without the insert, but it won't dock as well 2) Sound quality is good, not Bose, but good for $100.

  • Summary: When I first got my im600 I was thrilled. It has great sound quality and stylish looks. Unfortunately I've had some problems it. I can only get the stereo to turn on with the remote. If the little remote gets lost then I won't be able to use it at all.

Works well- why waste extra $ on a Bose system?

techdad, Amazon
8 January 2010
  • Summary: I have been looking for an iPod docking station for quite some time and was split between the Bose system and this one. While I was leaning towards the Bose for all the positive reviews, I just couldn't bring myself to shell out $350 for the portable model.

Excellent for its price

JAC, Amazon
5 December 2009
  • Summary: I compared all the other systems in this class for my iphone, and the could not compete with this unit on sound quality. This is by far the best sound for the buck, this unit in my opinion is the second best (BOSE SOUNDDOCK is #1), but if you're not trying to spend so much, go with this one.
